KM BUILDERS

Ken and the team are trustworthy, caring and really knew their water restoration work. They explained the restoration process clearly and kept me informed every day about the progress, the crew worked efficiently and cleaned up very well. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out..!

I am glad with the outcome of my wood patio and driveway projects by them. From start to finish they were straightforward, reliable and fair with the price. Ken met us a few times and has great communication skills. Definitely recommend this company for any backyard projects in Tarzana!! Thank you so much.

Working with Ken is super comfortable and easy, he understands what we need and gives reasonable quote. I took various quotes from other vendors, this one is reasonable. ken is wonderful and understands what we need and does it properly. Workmanship is great and they did my backyard neatly and it is now as I expected. I am glad and happy chose you for my backyard landscaping. Thank you.

We are thrilled with our new kitchen. The remodel exceeded our expectations in every way. Great ideas and it came out gorgeous. Ken, the project manager, provided regular updates and made sure we understood each step of the project. The craftsmanship is excellent!! Our new kitchen looks luxurious we are in love with the outcome.

We highly recommend KM Builders. Hands down one of the best experiences we could have hoped for when renovating our 2500 sf outdoor space. The project included Pavers /Landscape/and Fences/Smooth stucco on retaining wall/. Ken never pressured us and just gave us as much information as possible. He made us feel comfortable with his company and the process. The estimate he provided was very competitive with the other quotes we had received but his company clearly stood out above the rest for us.

Once it was time to begin our project we were provided with a time estimate for completion which they were able to hit just as planned. Max kept us informed all along the way. Every member of the team that came by was professional. All the work was done with quality in mind. It was a pleasure working with Ken and his team and we are very happy with the end result. We have recommended to several of our friends and neighbors looking for a contractor and I thought I would do the same online.

Ken did an amazing job on our stamped concrete patio. he gave us a reasonable price , was very professional & the guys always showed up on time. They worked hard every day to keep the project moving & completed everything quickly without cutting corners. They truly knew what they were doing! Highly recommended:)

We had an amazing experience with Ken and his guys from KM. We needed to renovate the kitchen, two bathrooms, paint and backyard. Ken met us a few times to explain everything and gave good advice about choosing the perfect design for our home . It turned out so beautifully, much better than expected. The crew is very professional , clean and talented. Highly highly recommended!!
