Jimenez Carpet & Flooring

Jimenez Carpet & Flooring recently completed a flooring project for me that included vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and new carpet throughout the living room and bedrooms, and I’m very happy with the results. They showed up on time, provided a fair and straightforward estimate, and delivered quality workmanship from start to finish. The vinyl plank install looks clean and well-aligned, and the carpet installation was done neatly with good transitions and attention to detail. Communication was solid, the crew was professional, and the job stayed on schedule. As someone who manages projects, I appreciate contractors who do what they say they’re going to do—and Jimenez Carpet & Flooring did exactly that. I will use them again on future projects and would recommend them to others looking for reliable flooring work.

We had our carpet recently replaced with a hybrid laminate flooring (in 3 bedrooms and a Den) and are very satisfied with both the product and workmanship provided by Jimenez Flooring. The day of the installation, their team worked tirelessly to remove the carpet and get the flooring installed quicker than I had anticipated. A few days later, Velia came by to inspect the final installation and when some minor adjustments needed to be done, the team was able to come back and address those adjustments within less than 48hrs. I specifically wanted to wait at least 2 weeks before posting this review, since other things could pop up after installation. Thankfully, all has been going well and I will definitely use Jimenez Flooring our future projects.

Exceptional is the word I’ll utilize to describe this company. I was referred by my neighbor and let me tell you, from the customer service, to the products and the installation along with everything else in between. All exceptional. All priced so reasonable that I didn’t have buyers remorse the next day.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our carpet install (three bedrooms and three closets) went very smoothly, and two months later we’ve had no issues. The team was done with the installation in about 4-5 hours, so it was really fast. We will definitely be back for other flooring needs in the future.

My wife and I decided on redoing our floor for our three bedroom and we decided to go for a local small family owned business instead of a larger corporate company. The decision that we made was based the pandemic. We wanted to help a family own business. The best decision ever! We are very pleased and happy with the floors. Love that They were quick and professionally. Excellent service, a bonus when the owner daughter comes by to follow up with the process to ensure the job is done right and that we are happy with the flooring and service. They are amazing! Thank you Jimenez for our beautiful floors! Definitely will be recommending other who is interested installing new carpet or flooring. Forsure we will continue to do business with Jimenez carpet and flooring.

I needed to replace my old carpet in my bedrooms and hallways so I started looking. From the very beginning Velia was responsive and asked me questions to determine what I needed. She came and did the estimate and offered me several options to pick from. Velia is very friendly and attentive and her prices are very reasonable as I compared to three other companies. Once the carpet arrived her team member was on time and completed the job in 4 hrs. My house now looks fabulous again and I’m enjoying the new grey carpet that fits perfect with my rooms. I highly recommend Velia and her team for your future carpet/flooring needs! Great quality, great work, amazing customer service!

Nothing but great things to say about this company. My wife and I were looking to renovate 2 bedrooms in our home and wanted to redo the carpet. Wanted something nice that wasn't too expensive. I reached out to Jimenez carpet and was greeted by Velia. Excellent customer service! She understood exactly what we were looking for, was very polite, gave us plenty of options for our budget and offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. Krystina was also very helpful throughout the entire process and even came out to our home prior to verify measurements. The installer was a workhorse. Completed both rooms by himself and did excellent work. All in all I was very impressed with this company and definitely will be doing further business with them. 5 Stars across the board Highly recommend!
