Palm Construction

Satisfaction is high with the quality of the new roof and the way the crew handled the installation. Efficiency was a priority and every scrap of old shingles was removed from our yard and driveway. The roof looks great and the warranty provides a lot of long term security.

I started working with Palm Construction when I wanted to replace my back deck this past summer. They were the most professional and well priced out of all the contractors who gave me quotes. Reuven was very nice and checked in with me regularly and made sure I was happy with the work that was being done. The workers did a beautiful job and added lots of details that really improved the look of my deck. I was so happy that I went with Palm Construction again when I decided to remodel my kitchen. All of the workers were very nice and the work on the kitchen was done beautifully. They put in new a new counter top and backsplash, replaced my old appliances, refinished the cabinets, painted and put in new lighting. Reuven came up with solutions when we ran into issues and worked with me to fulfill my vision. He was very understanding and if I had any questions or concerns, he would respond to me right away. Not just by text or phone call, but he would come over and look at the kitchen in person. I highly recommend Palm Construction and I’m planning to use them again in the near future. My only negative comment would be the people they had doing my electrical work left a mess and needed to come back to fix things that were not done. Other than that, I am completely happy with my new kitchen.

We had a number of remodeling projects on our to-do list and originally planned to only use Palm for our bathroom renovation. However, after experiencing the quality of their work, the responsiveness & ease of communication with the team, and their attention to detail, we ended up using Palm Construction for all of the projects on our list. This included 2,000 sq feet of siding, upper and lower outdoor decks, and a new pergola. This team was awesome from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the final results. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects and feel relieved to have found a contracting company that runs like a high performing business and is good to their word. Thank you Moses and *special* thanks to Yonatan for staying on top of everything. We love our new home!

After interviewing five different contractors we chose this team and it was the best decision yet. They were the only ones who provided a truly detailed breakdown of labor and material costs from the start. We never felt like we were being overcharged for any part of the renovation.

No stress was the goal for our ADU project and this team delivered on that promise from day one. They handled all the interactions with the city and kept us informed of the progress through a convenient online portal. It was a completely turnkey service that we highly recommend to others.

Kitchen cabinet installation in a room that was definitely not square. They scribed everything properly, shimmed where needed, and the result looks completely custom. Every door closes perfectly and the crown molding at the top is tight against the ceiling throughout.

Beyond the great work they did they also provided excellent advice on which materials would hold up best for our family. We chose a durable luxury vinyl plank for the basement based on their recommendation and it looks fantastic. It is waterproof and perfect for our kids and pets.
