If your looking for a professional, friendly and trustworthy company to service your AC and heating unit, look no further, Balance Comfort should be your first and only call. We weren’t a client and when we came home today from our vacation to 102 degree temperatures and open our door only to find out we had no AC on a Friday afternoon, you can imagine our panic. A friend of our referred us to Balance Comfort and we couldn’t have had a better experience. When I called the person couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. A technician arrived within 30 minutes, was friendly, professional and within 30 minutes had our system running. Thank you Jose J, you are the best. Jose stayed an additional 30 minutes to wrap things up and to make sure everything tested properly. Thank you Balance Comfort, it’s refreshing to know there is still old school customer service still alive, you have a new client for life!

Our AC broke during an extreme heat alert. Joey from Balance Comfort came right away. We needed a new system, but they set us up with big room coolers to help keep us cool. Early the next morning Raul and an amazing crew came and installed everything, including new duct work. They worked tirelessly during the extreme heat and finished up shortly after 6:00. I was very impressed with everyone. They were courteous, professional, efficient, and hard working. They were recommended to us by a couple different neighbors and friends. And I would also highly recommend them.

I had my system installed with Balanced Comfort and had paid for their bi-annual maintenance service to keep up my warranty. The technicians only wipe off the cabinets and replaced the system with undersized filters, no correct maintenance was included in the service. Then they said we installed the wrong filters, even though their technician was installing the wrong filters. Then they said they would no longer cover the filters, which was fine since they weren’t installing the correct ones anyway. I then cancelled their service since I was paying for essentially no service. We cleaned and replaced filters as per the manufacturer’s instructions, and then the motor fan blew out. I understand this is a common problem on the Bosch systems. They indicated I voided my warranty by discontinuing their crappy overpriced service and refused to honor my warranty. Save your money, use a local reputable heating and cooling company that isn’t in the business of screwing their customers. I paid way too much to have it initially installed, then way too much for terrible service, and now they voided my warranty and want me to pay $3,000 to fix it. Well, fooled me once, twice and I’ll be a fool no more!

Patrick was very professional knowledgeable not to mention polite. I appreciate him being thorough and explaining the problem and the solutions available. I will definitely continue to use them for all my hvac needs in the future.
