I can’t say enough good things about 27 Diamonds. For years I had struggled with how to decorate my living room space. The room was rectangular, with two adjacent walls taken up by windows and a fireplace and a decor screamed late 80s/early 90’s. I scheduled a consultation and ultimately decided to give up control to them. Jessica was amazing. She immediately offered up some ideas, asked me how much I was willing to give up or wanted keep. what my budget was, and asked me about my style and colors. She then offered two different layout plans to choose from. She was readily available for my post meeting questions, made adjustments, and ultimately created a space that is lighter, more open, cozy and warm. It’s my new favorite spot! I hired Noz and her team to lead the design for a complete remodel of my 2BD/2BR condo in San Francisco. Before hiring a designer, I had worked up some very rough design ideas, but I wanted a designer to "push the envelope" while also developing a cohesive aesthetic throughout the home. From our initial consultation, Noz worked really hard to understand what I wanted, and used that as a starting point for her own amazingly unique and creative ideas. My home has been transformed in a way quite different from what I originally expected, but very much in the spirit of what I was seeking from a comfort and design perspective. I couldn’t be happier with how the place turned out, thanks to Noz and her team! From initial contact to the completion of the project, Noz and team were consistently enthusiastic, communicative, prompt and clear. We worked through three design proposals, and with each iteration a concept drawing was incredibly helpful in thinking about what the final space would look like. The process was super valuable for me – Noz definitely had incredible ideas but was also more than open to my feedback and always available to explain and/or balance her design choices in very practical terms. Noz and her team also selected new furniture throughout the home, some of which was initially outside my comfort zone, but ultimately really added the finishing touch to the overall vibe of the final space. I’ll just add to what others have said here already: For all her obvious design talent and accolades, Noz listens to her clients, is extremely practical, and is super fun to work with. She brings not just amazing design ideas and concepts but also a healthy perspective on the realities of construction. We had to scramble a few times with costs, pandemic delivery timelines, and many of the usual construction-related delays, and she always had good, practical solutions, while keeping the final design in mind. My wife and I decided to undertake a "full gut" remodel of our home in Rancho Mirage late last year. We began with much trepidation as we know many horror stories. That’s when we met Jeffrey Jones and our fears melted away! Our neighbors had just completed a major remodel and told us all about their delightful experience with Jeff. Boy were they right. We had used several designers on small projects and discussed this major project. The other designers were creative but didn’t instill confidence. Jeff met with us several times to discuss the project. Then Jeff and his son, Casey, began to put everything together with drawings and specifications. Even a bit of A.I. We moved out of the house in April, putting everything into storage. The project was now live. Jeff has the creative absolutely covered and most importantly knows how to manage a big project. We returned every two weeks for on-site reviews and relied on Jeff’s day to day management. Weekly (at times daily) video calls, texts, emails kept us informed and the project on track. No surprises…..almost unheard of today. So smooth! The results are awesome. We are so delighted with our home and Jeff is the reason.
