I recently hired CP Land Surveying for a comprehensive Rear Boundary, Corner Record, and Topographic Survey of our property in Monrovia, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. They handled the entire technical process seamlessly, from the precise setting of property corner monuments—complete with the official Licensed Surveyor’s Tags—to the formal preparation and filing of the Corner Record with the County Surveyor’s office. Kacie Plouff, the Project Manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with; she was communicative and helpful throughout the entire timeline, keeping us informed and answering every question with expertise. On-site, the supervisor, Ian, was equally impressive. He was professional, thorough, and clearly take great pride in his work. I only hired a land survey once back to 10 years ago for my own house. This time I needed for my rental property, it’s a corner lot and the property was built around 100 years ago. I was looking on Yelp for land survey companies, CP Land Survey was one of the top rated, someone also recommended CP Land Survey. After receiving several quotes, CP Land Survey came the most competitive. I was more impressed about project manager Kacie, she was able to schedule the calculation and on-site survey to coordinate with my contractor’s schedule. She met with my neighbors where she was working on-site, so they had opportunity to ask questions. Kacie also showed my contractor the exact property line, and place extra sticks to make the boundary much noticeable during construction. Kacie also helped on question raised from my neighbor side after property line was set. The report was generated soon after the on-site survey. I am confident that CP Land Survey is doing a good job. I am very disappointed with my experience with Christensen and Plouff . After paying a good amount of my hard-earned money, l expected a higher level of professionalism and follow-through. Not only did they fail to deliver on the services promised, but there was also zero follow-up or communication to address my concerns. I've reached out multiple times without any response, and it's incredibly frustrating to feel neglected as a paying customer. I trusted this company to provide quality service, but sadly, that trust has been broken. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliability or good customer service. I am still working on trying to get my money back
