Denn Engineers is the best! Mark Conrad runs their client servicing/scheduling. My gosh, he is so good. They have done two lot surveys for us over the past 10 years. Each time, we found him/them to be extremely professional, responsive and helpful. These guys are committed to under-promising and over-delivering . . . and they absolutely do!

Denn Engineers was fantastic to work with. We were under major time pressure because we needed an updated survey submitted to the city before our permits expired, and they were incredibly responsive from the start. They gave our situation immediate attention, got someone out to our site the very next day, and turned around the updated survey quickly. They were professional, detail-oriented, efficient, and truly great to work with throughout the process. I really appreciated how seriously they took the urgency of our situation and how smoothly they handled everything. When I bought a new home I had to contact many vendors for different types of jobs. Denn stood out from the rest because they were always punctual, honest, professional and answered my many questions very clearly. After they completed our survey I ended up needing some updates a few years later and Mark was kind enough to do the updates at no extra charge with a quick turnaround. I would highly recommend them for any engineering services.

Denn Engineers was incredibly easy to work with and got the job done. The company is incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls. At first I was unsure of what type of survey I needed for my projects (boundary, topography, etc.). They answered all of my questions, explained the type of survey I was looking for, and then was flexible with my schedule and made sure all deadlines were met. If you need a survey in the Los Angeles area, I highly recommend.
