Ruff & Ready Landscape Construction

Jeff, Irma, Melinda, and Vanessa were very easy to communicate with from start to finish. Jeff’s team transformed our backyard slope with the installation of 3 seventy foot retaining walls. They dug through rock like it was sawdust and completed the project quickly. They ran drainage, electrical preparation pipe and water pipes. The entire team are dedicated and hard working professionals. We are thankful for Jeff’s design as he suggested the center staircase. My wife and I are thrilled with the results. It was not an easy hill to conquer. 25 degree slope. They did the job!

Jeff and his team completely transformed my backyard from patches of dead grass, weeds, and dirt into a beautiful tropical oasis. I’m not the most creative person, which is why it took me a while to start this project—but once I did, I let Jeff take full control of the design, and I’m so glad I did. He and his crew were professional, reliable, and paid incredible attention to detail every step of the way. The layout and plant placements were thoughtfully planned, even considering how everything would look once the plants are fully grown to provide the privacy I wanted. That was my one main request, and Jeff absolutely delivered. After five years of not using our backyard, it’s now a gorgeous and relaxing space that I truly love spending time in again! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space!

I can't say enough great things about the experience we had with Ruff & Ready!!! The owner, Jeff Ruff, talks a big game and backs it up 100% I've waited a few weeks to post a review. I wanted to make sure that the follow through experience was as good as the rest of the process. Our last landscape contractor left us hanging on some things after we paid them. We had a basic concept of what we wanted to do with a total front yard replacement. After meeting Jeff, we felt comfortable in letting him take the design from there. He's very creative and enthusiastic! We didn't ask him to change one thing once he showed us the design. I'm 53, and I've worked in and been around many different types of construction since I was a little kid. My Dad was a general contractor. It's very difficult to get everything right in the construction industry. Despite the difficulties, Jeff has built a business that combines all the best of creative landscape design, implementation and outstanding customer service!!! We thank every single person on his team!!! My wife and I will not hesitate to use Ruff and Ready again or recommend them to anyone we know. We love our new front yard, thanks again!!!

I am so happy with my yard makeover! From start to finish they were on time, hard working, talented, and easy to work with. For the level of service you get, quality of work and attention to detail the price was great! Any time I need landscaping I will call Jeff and his team. The Potter family are very happy customers!
