Clear View Roofing & Construction

They were a pleasure to work with. They made themselves available for communication at any time worked very efficiently. There was lag time from when they removed the roof and put on the new one, but that was due to the city inspector and not the business. There were some significant repairs and upgrades needed during the job and they gave us options without pressuring us. Overall, the price ended up being substantial but fair for the work performed. We are happy with the outcome and feel secure knowing that they gave us a great roof for many years along with upgraded ventilation and insulation. Sam was very friendly and personable and Jacob was easy to work with over the phone. I was impressed with how fast they worked and cleaned up when finished. We would recommend them to neighbors and friends and trust they would do great work.

Honest and dependable roofers. Clear View Roofing. did an incredible job on my roof. Even after they were paid in full, they stood 100% behind their workmanship warranty. When I called them back out to review a few minor flashing and seam details, they addressed everything instantly without hesitation. They are professional, respectful, and highly skilled. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free roofing experience!

We recently had a roof replaced on our rental property, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. David, the project manager, was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. His professionalism really stood out his body language and demeanor during our appointment were respectful, and he handled interactions with our tenants with great care. We were able to agree on a fair price, and the work was completed exactly as promised. All of our concerns and needs were met, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The team was efficient, professional, and delivered high-quality work. I highly recommend this company and would gladly work with them again.

This is a very bad company. I let them replaced my entire roof in November 2024. They to get charged me together 61,000. When they removed my old shingle, a guy, called Gary came, he told me three places need to repair and that I need to pay another 15,000, and I need to replace all the wood planks, otherwise he can’t promise that there will be no leaking happen. I agreed and paid the money. When their roofers were doing my job, I noticed a lot of bad quality labor work. And I asked him about the quality of my roof. He always said don’t worry about that. There will be no leaking happen. Now after 1 Year and 3 months there are two leaking spots on my living room’s ceiling. This company let me spent 12,000 for replacing my old wood planks, but a lot of my old planks are better than the new ones. After the leaking this company tried to shirking the responsibility. I don’t believe them anymore. And his boss Jack H is very very smart. He made me nervous and angry, try to let me deny his repair work. But his team is very unprofessional. They wanted to do water test and without protect our things. This is a really awful company which I never expected it. Be extremely careful of this company and his boss, Jack H and his staff Gary!
