Did a great job on our home. Everyone that came out was very professional. Only 1 caveat is, they could improve communication to homeowner about exact timelines and process "after" the panels on/installed and 30 day wait from city, exactly how its another 2-3 weeks AND if 1 glitch happens, another 3 weeks wait to fix and submit( city always sent me next day approval after empower submitted( took empower 3 weeks to submit drawing change on wire #mistake so plans didnt match what was actually installed). Other than that, very happy with everything they did. I also think ALL appointments should be with the city at the same time planned out. They can always be rescheduled, if a delay happens, but getting initial dates correctly planned out with city is priority, becuz they fill up so fast. 4-1/2 stars. Always room to strive for improvement.

I had a disappointing experience with Empower Home Services that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, my interactions with this company have led me to believe that they do not honor their contract agreements. It seems they are more focused on acquiring new clients than fulfilling their commitments to existing customers. One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience has been the lack of customer care. I encountered numerous issues with the service I was supposed to receive under my contract, and attempts to address these concerns were largely ignored. It’s disheartening to feel like your needs are not being taken seriously. A particular point of concern was my communication with Tanya, the main contact at the company. Her demeanor can be described as rude and dismissive, making it difficult to express my concerns. Instead of addressing my issues, she often spoke over me and failed to listen to what I had to say, which only added to my frustration. Overall, my experience with Empower Home Services has been very unsatisfactory, and I would caution others against engaging with this company. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. They seem to lack accountability and customer service, which is unacceptable. I genuinely believe that this company deserves to face serious repercussions for their practices.

Beware!!! STAY AWAY FROM EMPOWER. We signed up because we were told our monthly payment would be a fixed $470 and that solar would save us money. What was never clearly explained to my family and I was that the payment increases every year. At $470 per month, the deal sounded reasonable. But after looking more closely, the payment will rise to about $550 per month in 5 years, around $667 per month in 10 years, and over $1,000 per month by the end of the agreement. The salesperson represented the payment as fixed and coached us through the verification process by instructing us to answer yes rather than independently reviewing and understanding the disclosures. Had we fully understood the long-term cost increases, we would have never purchased from them. After the sale was completed, the sales representative stopped responding to my messages. My advice to anyone considering solar: get every promise and every detail in writing, and read the contract carefully. Do not rely solely on verbal statements from a sales representative. Update: My mother called them to inform them about this situation and the lady talking to my mother, I’m assuming is Tanya, implied she was stupid to trust their sales rep.

They were very professional, tony talked use through every stage of the process. Made sure we we're pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company to any and every one who's looking to replace or even get a whole new system. I would give them a A++ 1000 stars ⭐ so if you have any questions im sure they will be able to help.

So far, it's been a great process. Our salesman, Henry, has been a great source of info and assistance. The Silverbacks Crew came out to install our panels and batteries today. Very punctual, very efficient. Victor explained the process and provided necessary updates.

Victor and his team were really great, did an awesome job and I am very pleased with the work done. They were here on time, worked efficiently and made sure I understood what they did and shared what I needed to know.

My technician was Tony, was very professional and informative with unit. He helped me download EcoBee App to my thermostat, and I am very grateful. I am very happy with my cool air.👌👏🏼😎
