Solarponics

I'm absolutely satisfied with my new Solar system recently installed by Solarponics. Dominick's guidance and advice throughout made the installation easy and drama-free. I highly recommend Solarponics for their teamwork, knowledge, and professional approach to treating people, which sets them apart from many large corporations. Dominick Martinez is a trusted advisor who listened and made a complicated decision easy for me to make.

My first and last interaction with Solarponics (thus far) was with Dominick, and he was very responsive, professional, patient, and kind. I felt that I was always being listened to, my questions were relevant and important, and I mattered to him as a customer. Each person I encountered along my installation journey were all very professional, and kind. Communication was always timely and straight forward, and I felt respected in my limited technical understandings of the technology and the processes. I highly recommend Solarponics and their team to anyone looking to upgrade their electrical solar systems.

The technicians do fantastic work. The office leaves a lot to desire. I have had a micro converter faulted since September 2025. I learned about it by checking my app in Feb '26, so I emailed them. The response I received was my system was working perfectly but needed a cleaning (for a charge). Fast forward to Jun and I get a call out of the blue asking for my credit card information. I had the supervisor call me. Apparently without contacting me a repair process was started. The supervisor said she'd would be calling to schedule the past swap. Well today I get a call at 11:08, the tech will be here at 11:30, if that's cool. I'm glad I was home, it needs to be done. But no I wasn't prepared. The supervisor who I have been in contact is the primary source of my grief

Do not sign the service contract! They do not follow through with complete care of the system and will make sure they stay with in the "contract" and never go above and beyond. The service contact just gets you an expensive cleaning and no benefit of service. After 3 different employees said they would help get our communication link back on line, we were told they didn’t have the time to help!!! Will not use again!

Solarponics is a superior company. Start to finish on my project, Aadi, the main contact person, made sure I was aware of all the many details as soon as they came up. His communication was always clear. The electricians who came out were top notch. I highly recommend Solarponics!

Solarponics replaced at no charge a corner solar panel that cracked during a severe wind event. The panel cracked from uplift wind forces unique to my site, so I appreciate that they still stood behind their product and installation. To hopefully prevent a similar occurence, I requested an additional support strut to stiffen the corner, and Solarponics installed it for a very reasonable cost.

Our experience with Solarponics has been exceptional. Our project leader, Aadi, has been excellent with communication and explanations during the entire process. He always checks in with us weekly, and quickly responds to our questions with complete explanations. Aadi has been proactive and complete with answering questions and making sure we understand. We have been well cared for during the entire project. Morgan and the office staff have been continuously providing support and assistance as needed, as well remaining kind and courteous. The field crew were prompt, timely and efficient with installation, and explained and answered any questions or concerns. We wholeheartedly endorse Solarponics!
