I recently hired American Decking & Waterproofing for a repair + waterproofing my deck, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, Georgi was incredibly professional throughout the entire quoting and repair process. Communication was excellent; he kept me informed every step of the way, so I always knew exactly what to expect. The crew was top-notch—efficient, professional, and they finished the job right on schedule. The quality of the work is excellent, but what really impressed me was their integrity. The final price was fair with zero surprises, and they even went above and beyond by handling some extra work and repairs without any additional charges. It’s rare to find a company this dedicated to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!
American Decking performed the full deck service on my property. The deck was cracked and leaking water into the apartment. After the work was completed, the Deck looked 100% better, but more important, it was watertight and remains free from leaks 4 years later. Pictures show before and after.
I found American Decking through Google search. After reading their reviews and speaking with Georgi I felt comfortable using them to repair my stairs and landing. They did a great job and I am pleased with their work. Before and after photos attached.
Georgi gave me a great price for the waterproofing of the walkway for our apartment building. They patched and repaired as needed with no additional charge. Although Georgi he said his company might not be able to do the job until 2 months later, they were able to start the job 1 month later. Rene and Pedro did an awesome job. The walkway turned out looking new with 15 years warranty. No more worry about cracks and leaks, thanks!
Georgi was referred to us by two of our neighbors. He was super responsive and got our service scheduled quickly. His team even came out early on a Saturday morning to make sure they has time to get the job done. The repairs and resealing of our balcony turned out great and just in time before the first rain!
