Milgard Windows & Doors

Just put in all new Milgard Windows and Doors in our renovated 3000 sq ft house. Love the products but did have a couple of doors that needed service. The service technician was fantastic and did a great job. Also taught me things about adjusting the doors myself. He was very helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is the amount of time before I could get an appointment for service. It took over 1 months. Way too long.

Service team was very professional and arrived earlier than expected. They adjusted screws on bottom rail of sliding door and applied silicon spray as needed. The door now opens and closes beautifully. Thank you for your lifetime service policy in serving us as customers. I had an exceptional experience interacting with Milgard customer service. In 2012, I purchased a Milgard window for my kitchen. However, I noticed that the glass panel was foggy. Since it was under warranty, I contacted the customer service department online and received a response the next day. They requested that I provide additional information, such as the serial number and photographs. After submitting the requested information, they scheduled a time for a technician to visit and replace the panel. Today, Isaul Perez arrived early and performed an exceptional job in replacing the panel. He removed the old panel and installed the new glass. He also cleaned up the work area thoroughly. I am very pleased with the outcome and more importantly, the excellent service he provided.

I built my house 20 years ago installing Milgard windows. My double paned living room 96" window's seal was not air tight anymore and condensation appeared. Milgard replaced the window for FREE. It looks gorgeous. I'm so grateful they lived up to their lifetime warranty.

Had a great experience with Justin who came by this morning to repair our bathroom window. He was very nice and accommodating to work with and was very quick with the repair and didn't leave a mess. I don't think we got to pick who came to fix it for us, but if you do, I'd highly recommend them.
