Childtime of Oxnard

My son has been coming here since he was 6 months and he is now 3.5 years old. Love that all if not most of the teachers and caregivers know him by name. The director, Katherine is super communicative and responsive which we appreciate. My son looks forward to coming and learning and playing with his classmates. Jackets do get lost even with the kids name on them but they end up popping back up eventually if you follow up and keep an eye out as the kids to get moved occasionally between classrooms to keep the student to teacher ratio. My only issue is that potty training could have maybe started a bit earlier as I feel for the boys it takes a bit longer to get the hang of, though it's my understanding that they have changed this policy to reflect that they will be starting sooner than 2.8 years.

I absolutely love this school! I’ve taken my two sons and my daughter here, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better place for my kids. The director, Kathy, is AMAZING. She’s super organized, attentive, and really on top of everything. You can tell she genuinely cares about the kids and the families. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes drop-offs and pick-ups feel easy and stress-free. The place is always clean and well-maintained, and I love that my kids are fed while they’re there—it gives me so much peace of mind. It’s not easy trusting people with your children, but I truly feel comfortable and confident leaving mine here. Highly, highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and reliable school!

my son has been coming here since he was in the toddler room and is currently now in preschool here at child time. He loves coming to school everyday and at pick up there’s time when he doesn’t want to leave the school. The communication and teachers here are great especially if an accident happens at school they message right away or call so you’re very aware what happens at pick up . The teachers are nice and they’re consistent with having the same teachers in one classroom so there’s good structure . The front ladies are always smiling & they greet you when you are arriving or leaving the building so that’s nice getting acknowledge by your name as well. my son loves childtime & I recommend anyone else who is considering joining this daycare. 10/10 ❤️ps; they always go all out on decorating the building especially during the holidays 🎄

My son started attending when he was in the toddler class and teachers there were so friendly! All staff is nice!and it feels sooo welcoming bc it doesn’t matter if they are not his teachers but they know him by his name! He’s now been enjoying his Twos class! He has definitely learned so much that has helped with his social skills and also his speech. He is there fulltime and we feel like thats his safe space and trusts his teachers. They have also helped and supported his potty training journey. We’d like to give a huge shout out to Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Mayra for working together to help mold these children and prepping them for whats next to come . Thank you Childtime for being our extra helping hands!

My toddler has been attending child time since he started out in the infant room and we couldn’t be happier! The teachers are warm, attentive, & genuinely care about the kids. The classrooms are bright and safe, and my child is learning so much every day. I also really appreciate how they communicate daily updates and photos; it keeps me connected even when I’m away from my child. I love how festive they make the holidays; it really makes the kids feel excited and engaged. I highly recommend child time to any parent looking for a nurturing and educational environment.

We have been taking our daughter here since she was in the infant room. She is currently 3 and has learned a lot over the years. She has loved all her teachers including her two most recent teachers Ms. Aparicio and Ms. Munoz, they have been awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful and we love getting timely updates with pictures/ videos of the her playing/ eating. I definitely recommend Child Time to any parent looking for child care in the area.

I’ve been bringing all of my children to Childtime for years now and they love it! The staff are always so nice and I love that I’m always able to check on my kids. I love the updates throughout the day and that they always have fun activities for the kids. I can’t see my kids going to any other daycare.
