Monica & Charlene at the Shaw Location treated me like a king. I'm coming from Detroit Michigan I just left a couple doors down after getting a razor haircut and I inquired about a pedicure and Manicure They told me just a couple doors down and they would take care of me💚 This location is so nice I felt like I was coming home I've just arrived in Fresno 3 hours ago and everything has fallen in place What a wonderful experience ❤️❤️❤️

Naomi did an amazing job on my eyebrows! She shaped and waxed them perfectly, and I absolutely love how they turned out. She was so kind, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable. I highly recommend Naomi if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be back!

My time at Milan has been a tremendous blessing and an invaluable part of my professional journey. Ms. Lisa consistently challenged me to perform at my best and instilled the professionalism required to succeed in the industry. Mr. Payne provided invaluable guidance on delivering exceptional service and exceeding clients’ expectations. Along with many other inspiring instructors, their dedication and mentorship motivated me to continue striving for excellence throughout my time at school. In addition, the friendships I built during my education have been a true blessing. I am deeply grateful for the friends who made each day enjoyable, memorable, and rewarding. I had such a great time here from learning to meeting amazing people. The receptionists are one of the best because they always informed us about clients and tried to make it smooth for us on busy days. All of the teachers and staff I have met are also nice, whether they were from my campus or not. The clients I have served were also the best people I have ever met. The only critique I have is that at times things felt disorganized and draining— which is something I haven’t figured out the answer to. But despite that, I am just happy to have learn and grow as a person. As well as, serving my clients who were patient and kind towards me.

Ms. Amber is truly one of the best instructors I’ve had. She’s attentive, caring, and always makes sure her students feel supported. She constantly roots for us, pushes us to do better, and reminds us to believe in ourselves even when we’re stressed or overwhelmed. What stands out most is that she genuinely has our backs and encourages us to stand up for ourselves with confidence and professionalism. She is able to create an environment where students feel heard, respected, and motivated to succeed. Any school or team is lucky to have someone like Ms. Amber — she makes a lasting impact far beyond the classroom.
