First class catering is exactly that- a first Class experience . Me and my husband are so relieved to have gone with them for our caterer of choice for our small wedding of 24 people. Cameron and his team went above as beyond and were just the best. The food was amazing as well- our guests all loved everything. The bartender Marco was fun and the ladies at our buffet were so sweet. They packaged up our leftovers and had champagne ready after we got Married without even asking them To do that. We worked with First Class for our wedding in Joshua Tree and it was incredible! Cameron was so kind and helpful from day one. The tasting was thoughtful and they were receptive to all our ideas and feedback, and on the day of they provided an outstanding meal to our guests. One of my favorite memories was Cameron bringing me a special version of an appetizer that met my dietary needs, and then checking in later to make sure both of us got fed and got to try every dish. Little attentions to detail like that went a long way. I would highly recommend First Class for any wedding or classy event.

First Class Catering was incredible to work with and absolutely delivered on our vision of a family-style Italian dinner for our wedding! After a lovely initial tasting, my wife and I narrowed down the final menu with Cameron, who was very receptive to feedback and to making each dish special. On the day of, everything was executed to perfection– bread baskets, caesar salad, chicken marsala, penne alla vodka, salmon piccatta, and delicious sides - grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes. Cocktail hour was amazing too- where we did hand-passed appetizers of antipasto skewers, mini arancini balls, and artichoke stuffed mushrooms. Our guests absolutely raved about our food, with every single person having a different favorite dish! Cameron’s team was professional, polite, and timely, making sure everything went on time, and guests had exactly what they needed (including vegan or vegetarian-specific plates).

First Class Catering was the best choice I could have made for my wedding. From the beginning, Cameron was wonderful to work with – responsive, accommodating, and always happy to jump on a call to talk through my ideas. He made everything feel easy and stress-free. The food was incredible. We were so impressed at the tasting, and somehow it was just as amazing on the wedding day while serving 200 guests. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient – everyone was served quickly, and our guests are still talking about how good the food was. They even packed up all the leftovers for us to enjoy after the wedding, which we really appreciated. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality we received. I can’t recommend First Class Catering enough!

In addition to doing all of that, First Class Catering suggested and delivered spectacular Mid-Century-themed passed apps, bar + wine service, fresh-baked sourdough loaves and plated dishes, including a surf & turf with the best lobster tail I’ve ever had. All customized requests (GF/DF/Vegan) were handled perfectly. It was clear I’d hired the right caterer way before our wedding day. Their communications were stellar: They sent an estimate immediately, were available for our many questions throughout the process, and everyone was super kind. FCC made planning easy, offering live cloud-based quote adjustments, a phenomenal tasting preview at their restaurant, a thoughtful site walk-through, and even help determining what to rent (their expert guidance saved us a lot of money). Their event service was professional, impeccable, and invisible. And I’m still not tired of hearing "Best wedding food ever!"
