Vine American Party store

Bought 4 bags of confetti, used 1, came to return it not seeing the return policy is only 7 days. 15/30 being the normal I drove an hour to come return them. I was off the 7 days by 6 days later. They didn't want to take my return, no leeway what so ever, only being a few days off if I were an owner I'd say no problem as I'd want to keep the customer. Won't be back and will gladly buy online from now on. Been coming here for the random event needs for 15+ years.

A classic party store had exactly what I was in need of and staff was there to help

Great staff! Super nice. Got 2 pinatas for my neices bday party! Will definitely be back!

I was happy with my experience here. Came here to get balloons to celebrate my sister and my cat's birthday. The staff working at the balloons section were very helpful in answering my questions (if they had number ballots, the price of each, etc.). I appreciate how the man and lady working there helped guide me in selecting the colors and describing what colors looked the same or different when blown up. I ended up getting a large "4" ballon and 3 latex balloons (see image attached) Price breakdown: 3 latex balloons @ $1.65 each 1 large number balloon @ $14.95 1 weight thing (not sure what it is called) @ $2 Would definitely be returning in the future if I am in need of balloons and/or party supplies!

SO glad I found this place!! I needed balloons and I needed them last minute on a Friday night & was able to get them here. They were quick & efficient & very helpful. Also the balloon & party selection stuff is massive & prices are reasonable. Thanks to the crew at VAPS. I'm definitely a fan & I will be back for all my party & celebration supply needs!!

I came in to purchase some balloons for a nurses party but am notoriously indecisive and don’t frequently purchase balloons. All I had was a general color scheme and Earl was so incredibly patient and helpful in putting two beautiful bundles together! I wasn’t even thinking about space in my car (SUV vs sedan) but he made sure to ask the right questions and work with me! I will definitely be recommending and using American Vine party supply again!

We've been going to the store for a really long time. The owners are very nice. The prices there seem fair. The only thing that seems a little expensive is the cost of helium, but I say this not knowing what helium actually costs. I know that I'm always shell-shocked by the cost of helium no matter where I feel anything up. The price seems similar to what you'd pay at the grocery stores for helium. Definitely this place has great prices on pinatas. I love that it saves me from having to make a trip downtown.
