Save yourself the headache. They are only good at the start, Nick in particular is very condescending and would never listen to your needs. It is already hard to understand both of Kim and Nick because English is not their first language but their rude and condescending attitude didn’t really help at all. I’ve moved on to a different CPA and accounting services. Again, SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS FIRM. They really only want your money.
