Customer Reviews
Westfield Century City has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on over 14886 reviews on Google
Westfield Century City has a very nice open-concept shopping mall design. The space feels modern, spacious, and easy to walk around. It’s a large mall with many shops and restaurants, so it’s a great place to spend a few hours browsing, eating, and people-watching. I enjoy visiting and just walking around the mall. The layout makes it pleasant to explore, and there’s always something new to see. The downside is parking. Finding a parking spot can be a challenge because this mall is very popular. We also ended up paying $31 for parking, even though the website says the weekend maximum is $30, which was a bit confusing. Overall, it’s still a good place to visit, but be prepared for busy parking and higher parking costs. Some stores or restaurant do offer parking validation.
Westfield Century City is one of the best shopping destinations in Los Angeles. The mall is modern, beautifully designed, extremely clean, and offers a fantastic mix of luxury and popular brands. The open-air atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options, making it perfect not only for shopping but also for spending quality time with family and friends. The entire place feels upscale, well organized, and very comfortable to walk around. The location is also excellent and convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Los Angeles and looking for a premium shopping and dining experience.
I left a great review. Then Google refreshed and I can’t type all that again. Nice mall. Parking not great. Enjoy.
One of the best malls in America. Such a unique layout with spectacular views. Spend over $10 at gelsons for free 3 hour parking.
Westfield is a really nice, luxury mall, though it's not necessarily a destination for everyday shopping. It is kept in pristine condition, just about every storefront is full, the flagships like Eataly and Nordstrom are fantastic, and there are so many restaurants and boutique shops to explore. Parking is annoyingly moderately expensive for no reason, especially because as far as I can tell, there's no validation offered. But that's really my only complaint - it's a great mall, and a shining example of what a thriving mall looks like in 2026.
Westfield Century City is easily one of the best shopping destinations in Los Angeles. Moving away from the stuffy, enclosed mall model, this open-air center offers a refreshing, resort-like atmosphere that makes shopping feel like a leisure activity rather than a chore. The architecture is beautiful, featuring lush greenery, water features, and plenty of comfortable, shaded outdoor spaces to relax. It feels upscale yet inviting. The retail selection is incredible, perfectly balancing high-end luxury brands with accessible favorites like Zara and H&M. The real standout, however, is the dining scene. Eataly is a game-changer, offering an authentic Italian marketplace experience that alone is worth the trip. Whether you are grabbing a casual bite or enjoying a sophisticated rooftop dinner at Terra, the food quality is top-tier. Practicality is also a huge plus. The "Smart Parking" system makes entry and exit seamless, and the variety of services—from the luxury AMC cinema to the Equinox gym—means you can spend an entire day here without getting bored. It is truly an urban oasis and a gold standard for modern retail. If you are in LA, this is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
We visited Westfield Century City right before Christmas, and it was absolutely packed with people shopping and dining. The festive atmosphere was lively, and there were live musical performances in the open-air area, which we really enjoyed. It added a special holiday touch to the experience. However, be prepared for heavy traffic — getting in and out of the mall was quite challenging due to the holiday crowds. If you’re visiting during peak season, it’s worth planning extra time for parking and traffic.
