Yes but I also have not reached 98% of my value. Ie: owe 90,000$ value 157,000$?? Still in a quandry!! Half would be around 78,000?? What would 98% be? My numbers don't fit. Maybe I am wrong. TY for your help RM

I got in contact with Mike shuler... I told him I had a manufactured home and I was 62 years old and I was looking for a reverse mortgage... He went through all the steps with me including filling out an application... He knew my name he knew my age and he knew I had a manufactured home before we even started the application... Weeks go by with a few emails back and forth with him getting information... He then contacted me today asking if I had a manufactured home... I was confused because I told him three times I had a manufactured home and it was on that application that I filled out... He said he couldn't do the manufactured home... He told me to try again when I was 62 years old... I am almost 63 years old and he knew that... He was unprofessional... Seem like he would say one thing one day and say something totally different the next day... I am looking forward to maybe dealing with somebody who knows what they're doing... And that is definitely not Mike shuler
