Abba Appraisal, LLC

I highly recommend Abba Appraisal. Steve conducted a thorough and thoughtful appraisal of our home and land. He measured everything, asked questions, and took in all of our home's features. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. His report was timely and well-prepared. I am very happy with the appraisal. Look no further!

We needed a retroactively dated appraisal for tax purposes for a home that had been in the family for a long time. The ABBA Appraisal website is very informative and professional. Steve at ABBA Appraisal exceeded all of our expectations. He conducted a very thorough inspection of the home and it was obvious that he is very knowledgeable and highly experienced. He responded to our inquiry quickly and delivered a very comprehensive appraisal for a unique property in the time frame he promised for a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend ABBA Appraisal to everyone.

We needed an appraisal report and contacted three appraisers. Ultimately, we chose Steve from Abba Appraisal, and we are very pleased with his service. He is highly professional, delivered the report a few days ahead of schedule, and his fee was very reasonable—the best among the three appraisal services we considered. I would definitely hire him again.

It’s been 8 years since I used Steve for 2 appraisals in San Jose. The issue of valuation came up yesterday and I could not locate my appraisals in my files, I reached out to Steve (who was driving and probably on his way to do another appraisal) and within a matter of hours, I had both appraisals sitting in my inbox. Steve didn’t get paid for that act of customer service. He never signed up for being my secretary or filing clerk. But that prompt follow up is the reason I will never use anyone else when an appraisal is needed in the greater Bay Area. Abba Appraisal and Steve Varga are simply the best!

Called Abba Appraisal for a residential app since they had great reviews. Steve returned my call quickly and got the process going. He came out and got to work. He was very professional and very thorough. Entire process was painless. I will use Abba again.

Steve is a competent and professional appraiser who did 2 appraisals for me as part of an estate plan. He is easy to communicate with and delivers as promised. My estate lawyer recommended him.

Working with Abba Appraisal was a very smooth process. They handled everything very promptly and communicated issues quickly and transparently. Their work is quite thorough and I would not hesitate to recommend them or work with them again.
