Black Inc Tax Services

I had a good experience overall. The service was friendly and professional, and everything was handled pretty efficiently. The staff was helpful and made the process easy.

I’ve used this tax service for both my personal and business taxes, and I couldn’t be happier. They are professional, knowledgeable, and make the entire process smooth and stress-free. They take the time to explain everything clearly and ensure you get the best possible outcome. Communication is excellent, turnaround is quick, and I always feel confident that my taxes are handled correctly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient tax professionals.

Miguel was very unprofessional placed me on hold and never came back to the line when I did call back they said he was with a client. When I spoke with the office manager she helped me out got me a phone appointment with and hour. Dylan was AMAZING very helpful just hoped right in and got to it to get it done for me. Just sucked that still had to pay $370 for shittu service to begin with.

The team was very helpful throughout the entire process. Miguel answered all of my questions clearly and was always willing to help whenever I needed more information. He was professional, patient, and easy to communicate with.

Greeted and received by Monica. She was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable, which made our experience smooth. We were very stressed waiting to the last minute and she completely changed that for us. Please keep Monica in the front. 😄
