Natural Pilates - West Hollywood

Loved my first Pilates class! Instructor was so nice and helpful throughout the class!

This was my first time doing Pilates in over a year. I was a bit nervous going into the class being out of practice for a while. My instructor was so nice and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Excited to go back!

Hands down best Pilates studio in LA. I recently moved to LA and have tried many studios in the Beverly Hills in West Hollywood area, and I consistently find myself coming back to Natural Pilates. Instructors are great and they dedicate time to each student in the class to make sure they are doing the correct form. I never walk out not feeling sore!

This is a great studio and all of the instructors are great. They used to offer spots through ClassPass, but now classes are almost fully booked every day and their ClassPass availability has been reduced significantly. It’s become almost impossible to attend their classes consistently, you can’t even book two classes per week anymore and often end up only getting one. I wish they would honor members who originally joined through ClassPass, but unfortunately they keep dropping their classes. Very disappointed.

Have taken a couple flow classes with Renee. Amazing instructor! Her classes are the perfect balance of challenging and fun with plenty of modifications offered for all needs. Each class we’ve used the reformer in different ways and I leave the classes feeling energized and strong. Studio is clean and the person at the front desk is so kind!

My first time here. Parking was a bit of a challenge on a Sunday as the garage was closed & meters were full & street parking is for residents. That said, I parked across street at Beverly Connection. Weekdays will be easier with the garage being open. Staff was very welcoming. I loved being outside! That is what initially made me want to take class here. I enjoyed Renee's class. She was great about being both inside and outside during the class. I will be back & definitely outside again! I would Love to do an evening class.

So happy I found this studio in LA. The outdoor reformer is a game changer for some Vitamin D, fresh air, cool breeze in amazing weather. The staff is beyond any expectations! Manager Rogelio answered all my questions and has such great studio info. Once I came in he went above and beyond with his customer service! Rogelio makes sure I have a positive studio experience from beginning to end. Sebastian always greets with a smile upon check in and has great energy. The studio is always clean and in tip top shape. Class instructors I have incredibly enjoyed are Jess Sospriato and Dayanara Parra. The classes are very challenging but also very accommodating. Dayanara gives personal modifications and is super detailed and hands on with techniques and knowledgable with pilates. I am so happy I found this studio in LA feels like a family as well as a positive vibe studio to connect and get the body right!
