Smog Check Escondido

I was in a rush and I didn’t think that they were going to be able to get me out in time for what I was behind on, owner/workers were very professional, they moved with a sense of urgency, yet they were very thorough. Smooth process and it’s like they were in synchronicity with each other everyone knew what to do. No one was standing around. I was in and out in like 15 to 20 minutes. Went to dmv after and finished my day stress free. I rated 5 star because all the boxes checked out and JON made me feel important and respected. He respected my time and for that I’m very grateful. I’ll always come here for now on. He gave me 10 percent discount and has affordable pricing!

I had a great experience at Smog Check Escondido thanks to John’s outstanding customer service. I called ahead and John let me know there was only a minimal wait and told me to bring my Nissan Rogue in for a smog check. About 15 minutes later, I arrived and he kindly greeted me, took my keys and paperwork, and clearly explained the cost upfront, which was very reasonable at $60. John was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude the entire time. He told me the smog check would take about 15 minutes and invited me to wait inside the building. He was absolutely true to his word — 15 minutes later he came back with all my paperwork completed. What really stood out was that he also took the time to point out a recall related to some wiring on my vehicle and recommended I contact Nissan to have it checked out. I truly appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and professionalism. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend! Smog Check Escondido is a step above the rest!

Listen to me everyone. If you guys ever need someone to trust with the best quality of service and assurance, this place is the one for you. John was amazing. He helped us out so quick and I just love their services and the quality of it. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Fast, affordable (they honored the $10 discount coupon on their website), friendly. Comfortable waiting room but they were so quick I was there for a few minutes. They *are* a STAR smog check place.

Extremely friendly and flexible business. Called but could not make it to my initial scheduling. I showed up and they took me right away. Staff is extremely nice. Got what I needed to do for the CA DMV
