This was my first time getting laser hair removal done at Prolase. I was very nervous but nurse Laura was amazing. She was so gentle and caring. She was very detail oriented and made me feel comfortable. Throughout the treatment she would communicate with me to make sure I was ok. I felt great and thought to myself I should have done this sooner. Thanks to nurse Laura I booked my second appointment with her. Ani at the front desk was also amazing and incredibly helpful and so sweet, thank you so much!

I get laser hair removal on the lower half of my body and face. I’ve had three sessions so far and am very happy with my progress and results thus far. Sonya, who I always request, is thorough, professional, and makes me feel comfortable every time, which I greatly appreciate. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend 👍

I had such an amazing experience getting a facial with Lilit, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I've been coming here for about two years for laser hair removal/touch ups. Booking my next appointment has always been a breeze and the staff have always been kind. There have been a few times where the wait to start treatment was a little longer, but it was never more than 15 minutes. The actual treatment for hair removal has always been quick. The nurses are so fast and efficient, and have always ensured I feel comfortable. During my last appointment, I was treated by Nurse Agapeh, who was incredibly sweet and regularly checked in to make sure I was doing okay. It takes me about 45 minutes to 1 hour driving to and from this location, but I will continue to do so because I trust them and have consistently seen the results. Thank you, ladies!!

I love coming to ProLase Glendale….I drive from Orange County to them because the staff and the way they treat me is well worth it aside from the great deals of course! I usually have Katherine take care of me but this time I had Katiana and she was excellent. Both Katherine and Katiana take care of me and make sure I leave satisfied with the service I got before I leave. The staff who checks you in is very patient, friendly and welcoming. This was my first time doing laser hair removal. I was referred by a friend and I was not disappointed. Laura was my nurse, she was amazing!! She explained everything step by step, prepared me for what I might feel and walked me through everything with such a comforting voice and demeanor. I got my underarms, Brazilian and lower legs treated. The process for all 3 areas was so quick I was in and out with 20-25 mins.

Dr. Isagholian, you are truly one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and kind-hearted doctors I know. You have a heart of gold, and you’re someone I can completely trust and feel safe with. Despite all your knowledge and experience, you are still so humble, genuine, and down-to-earth. I’m truly speechless and so grateful for everything you do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
