We are so grateful for West Coast Fertility. Our IVF daughter is now 2 months old. For reference we had a history of multiple chemical pregnancies and unsuccessful medicated cycles/IUI. We had consulted with a fertility clinic closer to us, but we ultimately decided to drive nearly 6 hours to work with West Coast Fertility. It was worth it. Dr. Perkins is sweet and responsive to questions and concerns. Dr. Kushnir did our embryo transfer, and we appreciated his candidness. He gave us his honest opinions while also being very knowledgeable about the data and statistics. This was extremely helpful when considering all of our options. Beth was our coordinator, and she is THE BEST. I valued her experience and her opinions. She gave us great advice, and it felt like it was coming from my sister. She helped make the entire process go smoothly, and she talked me off of many anxiety-driven cliffs. So grateful for the entire team. My husband and I highly HIGHLY recommend West Coast Fertility!

My daughter found out at the age of 30 that she had breast cancer. Besides navigating the cancer treatment, we also immediately wanted to secure her eggs for the future and were lucky to be referred to the West Coast Fertility center by our cancer coordinator. At the clinic, we had the pleasure of meeting Dr Kushnir and Beth. The doctor was readily available to talk to the oncologist and coordinate the safest procedure for my daughter. Beth is a special team member there that helped us navigate and explained how to do all of the injections. Beth that is a sweet soul who greet you with a smile and lifts you up during your darkest hour. She was patient and encouraging and gave me the confidence to do all of the injections and procedures correctly. The team there will do everything in their power to apply for programs and see if they can get discounted services specifically for cancer patients. They were successful in getting some of the medication‘s covered for us

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at West Coast Fertility Center in Fountain Valley. From the moment you walk in, the office is spotless and welcoming, and the front desk staff always greeted me with genuine kindness — it made a stressful process feel a little easier every time. What really stood out was how attentive and communicative the entire team is. The coordinators were always quick to respond and made sure I understood every step of my treatment plan. Dr. Kushnir, NP Jeanie and my coordinator Linda in particular are incredibly knowledgeable, and it was clear they remembered my history and details from visit to visit — you never feel like just a number here. On top of the excellent care, the pricing is very reasonable compared to other clinics I looked into, and the customer service throughout was outstanding. I’m so grateful for this team and would highly recommend them to anyone navigating fertility treatment.

Love this clinic! We traveled from out of state to West Coast Fertility Centers for IVF, which is not a small undertaking. Dr. Perkins and the entire staff made the distance worth it. From the start, the protocol was clearly explained, well-organized, and responsive to how things were actually progressing, not just a one-size-fits-all approach. The communication throughout the cycle was consistent and timely, which matters a lot when you're managing injections and monitoring from across the country and still resulting in successful outcomes. The staff were professional, kind, and efficient at every appointment. If you're local or considering making a trip for fertility care, this team is worth it.

We started our journey with West Coast Fertility at the end of April/beginning of May. Since this was our second round of IVF (our first was at another clinic with mini-ivf), it was easy to get caught up in the anxiety surrounding the dates, medications, appointments, labs and outcomes. From our very first appointment, Dr. Kushnir was informative which helped us to feel confident with our decision. Our coordinator, Beth, let us know that once you’re in cycle, things can move pretty quickly and she was absolutely right! From stimulation to retrieval to transfer, everyone was warm, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions, whether by phone, email, or text, the team was responsive and took the time to provide answers. We also found the medication costs to be very reasonable compared to what we had seen and experienced elsewhere. No bait and switch, which was greatly appreciated. We completed a standard IVF cycle w/ a fresh transfer. Praise God, I’m happy to report we experienced positive results & confirmed a positive pregnancy! Now our next steps is the actual pregnancy! We are incredibly grateful for our experience with Dr. Kushnir and his entire team.
