I really love Dr Mason’s bedside manner, he is super nice and explains things to you as he is doing them, makes you feel comfortable so you don’t have to worry about anything! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a gentle kind hearted doctor

I am just wondering if anyone else often experiences super long wait times here. This is my third pregnancy with this clinic— specifically Dr. Mason, and I just can’t believe the wait times. Today, I had an appointment at 10 am. It is now currently 11:03 am and still haven’t been seen. This doesn’t happen every single time, but it has happened on multiple occasions. At other offices, as soon as you check-in, if they know the doctor is behind schedule they usually let the patient know out of courtesy. I don’t understand why waiting over an hour should be acceptable.

Doctor and staff are very welcoming. Dr. Bosch has sent me to specialists for being high risk and trust her will all her recommendations. I feel like all my questions are answered and addressed. I feel good about delivery and recovery!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. It took me almost three months to get an appointment, and they promised to mail the new patient packet even though I asked for it by email. I never received it. I arrived 30 minutes early, as instructed, but was told the doctor couldn’t see me because I didn’t have the forms ready. I explained that I never received them and could easily fill them out in less than 10 minutes, but they refused to accommodate me. This was just a routine visit — no major health issues — and yet I was treated with no understanding or respect. Very unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

From the moment I met Dr. Ikedilo she had my complete trust and I do not trust many doctors. The knowledge that she has and the ability to make you feel so comfortable and sure of what is going on is priceless. I would not trust my body with any other OB/GYN than her.

Kelly Pataca NP has been the most helpful medical professional ever. She is straightforward and gets you the care you need! The rest of the office staff are wonderful to work with as well.

I’ve been coming to this office for several years. The nurses and staff are always ready to help with any questions and listen to your concerns. Dr. Ikedilo is amazing, kind, gentle and empathetic. I just had an emergency surgery and she explained why I needed the procedure and what it entailed. She also provided any possible outcomes and how she would handle any unforeseen situations.
