Bay Area Foot Care

I have been a patient of Dr Hoffman for over 1 year this visit was a follow-up check-up. I was recommended to use a product for my foot discoloration due to past Cancer treatments. I’m doing great, grateful for Dr Hoffman, he takes care of me, EVERYTIME! P.S I don't like to show my feet 🦶🏽 maybe after the discoloration I will show off the results, I will post the product he recommended. Thanks to Bay Area Foot Care

I had a very frustrating experience with Bay Area Foot Care. Before my appointment, I called to ask a simple question: how much I would have to pay with a referral from my doctor. My referral had already been faxed to their office, yet the staff member I spoke with couldn't tell me anything about my costs. Instead, I was told I needed to come to the appointment first to find out what I would owe. When I asked what would happen if I attended the appointment, learned the cost, and decided not to proceed with treatment, I was told I would still be charged for the visit. As a patient, I think it's reasonable to expect at least an estimate of costs before committing to an appointment, especially when a referral has already been received. The lack of clear information made the entire process confusing and frustrating. I hope the office improves its communication and ensures staff are better informed so future patients can make informed decisions before scheduling or attending an appointment.

I really liked Dr. Hoffman. He is very personable and made me feel we could work together towards achieving a solution.

I've used Dr. Lavigna several times over the last 25 years from toenail fungus, plantar and now a heel issue.. the young lady that showed me foot exercises was extremely impressive and I would definitely recommend the Dr. and his team.

I scheduled my appointment online. I received no call beforehand about pricing or any type of instruction. When I call the facility to get information and pricing I was quoted a price of $285. At the office by the Dr I was quoted the same price. However, when I finish my appointment I was quoted a higher price. When I asked how come the price changed she basically said the Dr and who ever I spoke to didn't know their own prices. Which is crazy because there were only two secretaries and I am positive I spoke to her on the phone. Very shady business. Also the worst part is my c/o of an ingrown toe nail still remains except now my toe and nail is now misshapen and the skin around it is constantly peeling from his horrible service. My toe was swollen and numb (which caused me to limp or be able to put a shoe on) for 2 1/2 days after even though I followed the very little instruction they gave me. I will never go to Bay area foot clinic again. I have provided pictures of after the service and now after a month has passed.

I had to wait a little longer than usual for the doctor. Usually I wait less than 10 minutes. They were super busy today. Dr Hiatt was interested and remembered why I was there.

Jonathan Abraham is the best podiatrist !!!!!!!!! I would give him a million stars 🌟 He was super friendly (: he had an amazing attitude he made me feel very comfortable I was very nervous upon my procedure he was very supportive and patient he asked me did I have any questions he will answer ALL that i have he was very considered and caring . If you looking for foot/ankle orthopedics I would highly recommend this office the staff customer service is outstanding as well (: I was very beyond pleased with my visit and the care I received here 😀 Thank you Bay Area Foot Care ❤️
