Dr. Au was pleasant and efficient. He clearly communicated about my issue and all my options. The waiting room was less than pleasant but I will return to see Dr. Au if necessary.

Dr. Au is an excellent doctor, but I didn’t like the chair where I sat down was dirty and the tape a coming off the surface, with the edge black, and I think with bacteria. No paper towel or anything to cover where I had to place my feet. -besides, when I arrived, and I signed the list, I noticed another patient has his appointment at the same time, and I ask the lady at the front desk why, and she told me they scheduled two patients at the same hour. I think that is not fair for the doctor who has to work double every appointment and for us, patients. I had to wait almost one hour to be helped by Dr. Au, who did his best, but looked very tired. I also want to thank Ms. Cinnamon because she is the most kind in that office. Thanks

Dr. Hendricks is amazing! Along with the front desk and all the staff who took the time to explain every step of the procedure, I went in for that day, and she calmed my nerves and trust me I was full of anxiety… thank you to her and all the staff

Dr. Hendricks always makes me feel comfortable. I had gone to her first when she fixed another Dr.’s mistake and I’ve been going to her ever since. Definitely recommend her!

Dr. Au is the best. Very knowledgeable about his craft. Very personal and good bed side manners. Would recommended him if they need a foot and ankle doctor.
