I see Kaitlin and really enjoy our sessions. I was a little hesitant to take up therapy after I didn't really vibe with my last therapist, but Kaitlin makes everything feel so natural and easy. She's kind, understanding, and works hard to help me target what I need to work on/through. She's so good at bringing things to light that I wouldn't have considered otherwise. 10/10 would recommend seeing Kaitlin, she's the best and I look forward to our sessions every week.

The community of therapists via zoom or in person have been the best so far for my entire family. Although losing a therapist after a year of healing is a little devastating but totally recoverable. We thank them for helping us through some of the hardest times. This is a great place and the take MediCal!!

Dana King has been an exceptional therapist and has made a meaningful difference in my life. From the very beginning, she created a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Dana is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. She listens with empathy, asks thoughtful questions, and provides practical tools and guidance that have helped me better understand myself and navigate difficult situations. Her support has helped me build confidence, develop healthier coping skills, and make positive changes in my life. What I appreciate most about Dana is her ability to make me feel heard and understood. She is professional, knowledgeable, and supportive while also encouraging personal growth and accountability. I always leave our sessions feeling more hopeful, empowered, and equipped to handle life’s challenges. I am truly grateful for Dana’s guidance and support and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a caring, skilled, and effective therapist.

CVFT has a good selection of therapists. I had two therapists, the first one having promoted out of therapy duties. Both were very skilled and talented in getting me to look truthfully at myself and inspiring me to do the work needed to learn how to deal with my issues.

Melissa has been such an important part of my healing journey. I first started with her when she was a bonding therapist for my son and me when he was a baby. Since then, I have continued following her throughout her career, including when she started her own business. Every time she has grown professionally, I’ve continued to support her because she has consistently supported me and my family. Her company has also provided services for my children when needed, and that level of care and dedication means so much. A good therapist is hard to find sometimes you connect well with someone, and sometimes you don’t. For me, Melissa was the person who truly helped me work on myself, heal, and become a better woman. If you are seeking therapy, don’t give up if the first therapist isn’t the right fit. Sometimes it takes a few tries to find your person. Central Valley Family Therapy truly helps people find that connection so healing can begin.

I recommend this place to anyone who needs an ear. The staff is friendly, office is nice. I was assigned here by one of my tbi specialist. Absolutely Hesitant at first. As it started I was assigned to one provider, before 1st appointment i was switched to another. GRATEFULand BLESSED FOR MRS.ADDISON. these 🌟 stars are for her! She's Patient, kind, and always greets everyone with an inviting nonjudgmental smile. She listens intently/genuinely and follows up on issues when most don't. That's appreciated to the fullest when initially IGNORED by so many when voicing problems related to and of symptoms caused by an attack. I THANK her with everything within me, for giving me a safe place to FREELY express ANYTHING.

The clinicians are awesome, I've seen 2. I feel like they are doing exactly their job. Carissa, in particular. The company is very fortunate to have a really good talent like her around.
