This wasn’t an easy experience to have having to express the details of everything going on with Roblox. This review is very transparent because I’ve worked in customer service for many years I was not judged I was not criticized, but heard thoroughly on the matter. I greatly appreciate them, reaching out and working diligently to settle the matter.

This law firm has been very great to work with. They listened to my concern. Took lots of notes. And gave me realistic expectations. They didn't promise sky high settlements. Just simple possibilities. They respond quickly. And are very friendly. I have been kept up to date on all things pertaining to my case. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. They have a proven track record. If you need representation, look no where else.

I normally never leave reviews, but this law firm honestly helped me through a situation I didn’t think anyone would take seriously. I found out my driving behavior data through OnStar was being shared and sold without my clear permission, and it ended up affecting me in ways I never expected. I felt completely blindsided and frustrated. From the first consultation, they actually listened instead of brushing me off. They explained everything in plain English, kept me updated, and handled the process professionally from start to finish. What stood out most was that they treated me like a real person, not just another case number. They were able to help me move forward with my claim and got results. The whole experience made me realize how little most people know about how their vehicle data is being used behind the scenes. If you’re dealing with privacy issues involving your vehicle or driving data, I’d seriously recommend reaching out to them. Solid communication, professional team, and they actually fight for their clients.

We don’t want to admit it, but the world is full of wolves, when we meet one the experience can change our lives forever. You need a sheepdog to protect you and make it right, not just for you, but for the others who might be hurt after you. Schmidt is my sheepdog, I’m counting on them to make it right, and to protect the people that follow the path I did. I’m still in the process, but so far they have been great! Matt the director of operations is awesome, He will make sure you know what's going on throughout your journey of suing all social media platforms that make a parent feel good about there child's addiction to social media, and safety to all children that use these platforms in the future. Monica is also a very sweet lady aswell who puts the customer first throughout your journey in your case. They are just very personable and make a parent feel listened too.

I have never been apart of a class action law suite as I've heard there's no personalization to it and many different factors of a not so personal and effective process. I must say dealing with this law firm and it's various different departmental personnel it's quite different then I've heard, they seem professional to a good standard and explained the law suite and the process of such and seem to genuinely care about the client. thank you for representing me in this.

They were very helpful and understanding of my children’s situation. Great communication and they let me know everything that they’re doing.
