I called this law firm seeking a consultation regarding a family law matter and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The individual who answered the phone was dismissive, condescending, and spoke to me in a manner that felt belittling rather than professional. As someone reaching out during a stressful and vulnerable situation, I expected courtesy and basic respect. Instead, I felt rushed, talked down to, and discouraged from asking questions. The interaction ended with the call being disconnected before my concerns were fully addressed. Whether the call was intentionally terminated or not, the overall experience left me feeling unwelcome and unheard. First impressions matter, especially in family law where clients are often navigating some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm. Wanted to notate the response received: " You called our Office on a Saturday, kept asking for FREE legal advice because you have a child with someone you hate, who took your money, and now you feel stuck. We explained that we "DO NOT" offer free legal advice. However, you wouldn't shut up, so we blocked you. Stop calling us." I understand that your office does not offer free legal advice and I was seeking information regarding whether your firm could assist with my matter. I am disappointed by the tone and content of your response. Regardless of whether your office was interested in taking my case, I believe prospective clients should be treated with professionalism and respect, particularly when they are reaching out during difficult family circumstances. I contacted your office only once and will not be contacting your office further.
