I’m very happy to share feedback after my Blackstone Law intake with Felicia this morning. During phone and written communications alike, she continues to be professional, knowledgeable, patient, clear, and thorough. Her demeanor is matched by rapport building skills, both of which are excellent! After the intake, I came away feeling that Felicia can provide Blackstone’s legal team with a fully-rounded understanding of the issue that brought me to call them. She was thoughtful when requesting more clarity to a number of my responses and even identified when I got a date wrong by accident! After the call, Felicia immediately followed up with a streamlined, written outline of documentation that Blackstone would need. I have felt as comfortable as I ever could during a stressful time. I do feel so fortunate that it was Felicia who was my first contact at Blackstone Law. She is aces in my experience!

I spoke with Adrian at intake. He was very kind and understanding about my situation, and thoroughly explained everything before continuing through the process. He also made me aware of the necessary documents and the timeline for it all. I wasnt left guessing or lost because he let me know before I even knew I needed the information. Very wise since I've never experienced this before and am not sure exactly what to expect. He stayed a step ahead. If all interactions are like this, it'll be nice alternative to what I have been going through. He was a nice reprieve from it all.

Wow! All I can say is wow. I came here desperate for help, scared and unsure of my rights. Danny helped me immediately through the process, going through hundreds of my emails and pictures and documents, sorting and filing and organizing them all to give me the BEST chance I could possibly have. I am the mother of a special needs child with zero legal knowledge, but somehow Danny managed to communicate professionally and kindly exactly what was needed, put it together in the way they needed, and managed to get me the help when I thought all hope was lost. Thank you Danny. You made a huge difference for me and my family. You may not realize it since you aren't the guy battling it out in court. But you may have just helped change our lives. You gave us hope. You deserve recognition and more. You put more effort in my case than I thought anyone would be willing. Andrea truly made me feel heard. When you’re going through a tough time and feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, angry, and a mix of other emotions you’d rather not deal with, it’s easy to feel unheard by people who aren’t considerate or take the time to understand what you’re trying to say. Especially when you’re dealing with racial, hostile, or harassing situations. Andrea went above and beyond during our conversation, even calling me back to make sure she understood everything. I can’t really put into words how impressed I was, but she made the first step so easy, and I’m grateful. I can honestly say Andrea made me feel so heard. When you are going through a rough patch and you are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, angry and many emotions different emotions you don’t want to deal with rude inconsiderate people who don’t take there time to understand what your trying to convey to them. Especially if you are dealing with racial, hostile, harassment issues type of situations. Andrea went over and beyond with our conversation even calling me back to make sure she got all the details. I can’t really put into words how impressed I was but she made the 1st step easy and I’m grateful.

Shoutout to Daniel Perdomo, intake interview specialist! He made my mom feel at ease and guided her over two hours of making sure all details and timeline were properly noted! Amazing intake process! I've had my share of legal and navigating via employment law, personal injury, lemon law, etc. and this time I had to help my mom with her filing and advocating (I don't think you understand how hard that is as a son of immigrants...if you thought helping your parents learn to google or print things, then you have no idea how hard to guide someone to make a timeline and claims and such).
