I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pins N Pockets! It truly is the perfect family entertainment center. There is something for everyone—from bowling and the arcade to the escape room, pool tables, and delicious food. Every visit is a great experience! As a homeschool teacher, I am especially grateful for their incredible hospitality. Every year they graciously host my roster of students and families for our annual Christmas celebration, and they always make it such a memorable event. Maritza, the Events Coordinator, goes above and beyond to make every family feel welcomed and appreciated. She puts so much care into making our event special, and we are so thankful that she continues to welcome us back year after year. Our students love making crafts, enjoying the amazing food, and spending time exploring everything the entertainment center has to offer. It’s become one of the highlights of our school year, and our families look forward to it every Christmas. If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly place with outstanding customer service and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Pins N Pockets. We will absolutely keep coming back year after year—as long as they’ll have us! I was VERY impressed with this bowling alley. It was my wife's 75th birthday and this place was great for our family and grandchildren! We live in South Corona and it was an easy drive to get there. The place is HUGE and it had lots of things to explore for my grandkids! I am in a wheelchair but I was able to get around easily, and the bathrooms were clean although far from where we were. The staff was very friendly too. It was a god time for all of us, and we will be back. Mark

I just recently celebrated my son’s 8th birthday at Pins & Pockets, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! 🥳 This was actually a last-minute decision. We originally planned to just do a family vacation, but my son told me how badly he wanted his friends, cousins, and grandparents around to celebrate with him. I figured Pins & Pockets would be the perfect place to pull together a quick celebration, and I was absolutely right! From the beginning, the staff stayed in constant communication with me. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made sure to follow up with me about the event. A special shoutout to TJ for helping us pull off the surprise for my son! She was amazing! so friendly, attentive, and constantly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She answered every question we had and really helped everything run smoothly. We chose the Ultimate Birthday Package, and it was absolutely worth it. The music was perfect for his age group, the kids had a blast, and everything came together perfectly, especially for something planned so last minute. Thank you so much, Pins & Pockets, and especially TJ, for helping make my son’s 8th birthday completely unforgettable! ❤️🎳🎉

this places use to be my go to spot and its just been going downhill. i was in on a Saturday (7/11) and you'd usually find the bar area full on a Saturday with great ambience and good people and it was not. and i can see why now. At an empty bar you’d expect to be greeted as soon as we sit down and maybe get a drink within 2-5 minutes with 3-4 staff members behind the bar including which I’m being told, was the bar manager. It took me about 10-15 minutes to be GREETED and ASKED what I was having to drink. at an EMPTY bar. ridiculous. Nonetheless, I come back on a Monday (7/20) to bowl with my family expecting a different outcome, and everything started off okay but halfway through our session, I hear a commotion behind me that was pretty hard to ignore because it was a manager ridiculing a server, VERY loudly, to the point the whole room went silent and heard everything that was being said. Borderline trying to embarrass her. Very unprofessional and rude. come to find out, its the same bar manager named Melinda that cant even manage her own bar. Trying to ridicule this poor server. Mind you, all this trouble over one free soda to a child. While average food tabs are $100+. Just ridiculous. This place has so much potential and I would love coming here more if there was an overhaul. Starting with bar management apparently.

We had the pleasure of providing our ‘SOPHIA’ marquee letters for an event at Pins & Pockets, and the experience was fantastic! As a vendor, I can’t say enough about how lovely and helpful their team is. They were incredibly kind from the moment we arrived, making the access and setup a total breeze. The hall itself is a great space, and the staff's organization made everything run smoothly and stress-free. It’s always a joy to work in a venue where the team is so welcoming and professional.
