Tachi Palace Casino Resort

Quick and friendly check in to hotel. Restaurant and bar staff were nice as well. Prices were reasonable for a casino albeit should be cheaper considering the remote location. Top floor has very little machines and is spaced off for different events. Very few bars so lines get very long and service quite slow. Rooms are spacious. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Bathroom towel bar kept falling and the water pressure in the shower is pretty poor. Nice mini fridge in room but cabinet it was in was damaged. From hotel to casino and back is a very short walk. No drinking alcohol past 1:30 am and as a female security so rudely put it "This is not Las Vegas. Guzzle it down or throw it out!" The customer experience was great up until then. It only takes one to ruin it.

We came for a fun filled day to escape the heat! Movie theater was nice and cool (popcorn was okay). After we went bowling and the lanes were very clean and nicely set up. Everything was easy to get started and we had a great time. Will definitely be back for some fun family time!

The rooms are great.Lots of room in them and all of the amenities. Majority of the people were great, the only issue I had was with one worker at pizza hut , who seemed to have a horrible attitude. Every other employee had a great attitude and all of them were very helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tachi Palace Casino Resort while working a comedy show for an outside organization on May 23, 2026. During a break, I went to my car and returned to the casino. As I re-entered, I was stopped by Officer #96, who immediately told me in a rude and confrontational tone that smoking was not allowed in the casino. I responded respectfully, "Yes, ma'am." She then replied, again in a dismissive tone, "That also means vaping." I told her, "You got it. I've never smoked in my life." She then informed me that she had been told I had been caught smoking (vaping) on the casino floor. I was completely shocked because the accusation was entirely false. Since I was there representing my employer—who has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking or vaping while on shift—I was extremely concerned about the potential impact this false accusation could have on my job. I requested to speak with a supervisor and met with Sgt. Martinez, who explained that Officer #113 had informed Officer #96 that I had been seen vaping and that I needed to be warned or law enforcement would be called. To demonstrate how serious I was, I even emptied my pockets to show that I had nothing on me except my wallet and car keys. The entire interaction was handled unprofessionally. I filed an official report and was assured that a manager would contact me by phone or email after reviewing the incident. That follow-up never came. After making numerous calls throughout June with little to no response, I finally reached Manager Morales. He informed me that, after reviewing the security footage, there was no video showing me smoking or vaping at any time. He apologized for what had happened and confirmed that the accusation was unfounded. What made this even more frustrating was that this conclusion could have been reached much sooner if the situation had been properly investigated before I was confronted and falsely accused. To make matters worse, my final follow-up wasn't completed until July, nearly two months after the incident. No one should have to chase down answers for that long, especially after being falsely accused of something that never happened. This entire situation was avoidable. A false accusation by Officer #113, followed by the way Officer #96 handled the confrontation, created an embarrassing and stressful experience that should never have happened. The lack of timely communication from management only added to my frustration. I expected much better from a casino and resort that prides itself on hospitality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left a lasting impression, and because of it, I have no intention of bringing my family here when they visit from out of town. They enjoy visiting casinos, but after the way I was treated, I'd rather they spend their money anywhere else. Very disappointing.
