The Neptune Society is an excellent, highly regarded organization and with good reason. I’ve always planned to rely upon them for future needs and suddenly, in Spring 2026, the future arrived. My beloved husband passed away and the Neptune teams from both the Chico region and the Fair Oaks office in Sacramento were softly at hand. The gentle care and thorough professionalism they provided were exactly what I needed. I was never worried about all the details that have to be attended to. These Angels handled everything for me. All the paperwork. Notifications, signatures, cooperative services with agencies and organizations in my county. Peaceful, caring transportation. Even my neighbors who stood by commented that the Neptune team provided the best, most dignified and respectful transportation of my husband that they had ever seen. In every instance where I had a question, or wanted to keep kissing him goodbye, promising I will see him in Heaven — the Neptune staff were kind, comforting patient and understanding. Loss is very hard to endure and these dedicated souls with the Neptune Society wrapped me in compassion for the entire process. And they have kindly gone the extra mile of checking on me afterwards. My first experience with the Neptune Society was 23 years ago when my wonderful husband passed at age 65. NEPTUNE handled everything with dignity and great care. I moved to Las Vegas in 2024 and shortly after I arrived, my son in law passed at age 64 and again Neptune didn't disappoint us. My oldest son passed away unexpectedly in April 2026 and Neptune was there to get things done. I purchased my own plan with Neptune in December 2003. Neptune is very good at handling final requests and I've never been disappointed.

My parents had the foresight to purchase a contract with Neptune Society for my mother 11 years ago, and it was such a blessing to my two sisters and me when she passed away in July 2026. The team took care of us with incredible kindness and grace, and once the final paperwork was signed, they took care of everything. There were a few things we had to pay for that were not included in the original contract, but they were minimal and manageable. One week later, we had mom's ashes and both originals and copies of her death certificate. Today, I received an email offering a 12-week email subscription to help deal with grief, which was an added and unexpected blessing. And I want to give special recognition to Savannah, who guided us through the entire process and was always ready to answer any questions we had. I can't say enough good things about the people at Neptune, and highly recommend them. And for anyone thinking about paying now for their future funeral expenses, please do it for your kids. They will be forever grateful.

The Neptune Society was extremely helpful when it came to the care for my mother. Debbie was very helpful and made sure to address any needs and/ or wants/ concerns that we may need our bring up before and after the services provided. She was very sympathetic to the pain or family was and still feel to my mother's passing. I would definitely retain The Neptune Society to anyone who may have lost a loved one. The Neptune Society tries to meet ALL needs that you may possibly think of in of hurt and need in your time of grief.

The services provided were prepaid several years in advance. Neptune society was quickly responsive and compassionate in dealing with my father after his passing. Everything was handled with respect for the deceased and the family. All steps were clearly explained and were carried out in accordance with those explanations. It was easy and seamless. The Neptune Society staff were very helpful and supportive at a time when I was overwhelmed. They have continued to offer their support as I deal with my grief. My husband and I joined in 1985. It was a wise investment, as my only additional non-optional expense for dealing with his physical remains has been paying for the death certificates.
