The best pet store experience I’ve ever had. The employees were some of the most helpful store attendance I have ever experienced. Any question I had if they didn’t know it they would find a fellow coworker to answer it for me. Even one guy was generous enough to call the store while he was on his break to answer one of my questions because he knew the best way to answer it. I will no longer be visiting big corporate pet stores and only be coming here for any future pet needs. Their prices were amazing especially, considering the quality. The beta I got has been experiencing no health concerns. His color hasn’t even changed, which shows that he was well taken care of while he was there. The plants we have gotten have not even melted because of how they were grown. The level of pride and care they put into their business truly shows!

César took amazing care of us. He was very informative. We always and only come here and we will be getting a natural down freshwater very soon only come to Elliott. It’s privately owned and amazing. I got a beta here for my two year-old and they treated us amazing and he’s thriving.

I love supporting family-owned businesses. I've been buying food and necessities for both my snake and cat here. I recently purchased a bigger tank for my snake, and they were very helpful in carrying it to my vehicle. All employees are quick to help customers, friendly, and kind. I will continue to shop here.

the person with the drawn on mustache was super rude and was snarky with me about husbandry despite being wrong. i was trying to just correct myself and they snapped back. my boyfriend and i were uncomfortable and when we wanted help later on we went and asked someone else because we were avoiding interacting with that person again. the other person who helped us was great. but the person with blonde (?) buzz cut and a drawn mustache was rude for no reason. i’ve been here several times, unfortunately any other place to purchase what we need is too far. every time i come i have to turn my head to not look at the overcrowding of animals and lack of husbandry. i know a lot of people aren’t informed about the husbandry of exotics so they think places like this are great. while i can appreciate being able to get what i need from them, i only do it because it is too expensive and time consuming to go to another place (excluding the even worse place that is closer to fontana) honestly that one interaction though made it so i am considering not coming here again. EDIT: to the owner that responded to my review, i am positive that it was this store. they had a buzzcut/shaved head and their mustache was not real it was drawn on. i’m certain that this is the right location as i have came here at least 8 times

Best pet store in Riverside. They have plenty of supplies for dogs, cats, reptiles, and fish. There's even a store bunny!

I like to go on Wednesdays as that is their 10% off day. I go there to pick up king worms for my adopted beardy, Calypso. The guys at the counter are always friendly and helpful. So much so that as a magician I like to do a trick for them once in a while just to give them a smile for the day, since they work so hard
