I had an excellent experience with my ear doctor. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the entire visit was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for an experienced and compassionate ENT specialist.

Dr. Godinez and his assistant Anna made a house call to my 96 year old father’s house to check his hearing and also for ear wax removal. It was a fantastic experience for my father. Both Dr. Godinez and Anna were very professional, kind and patient throughout the process. My father had not had his ears cleaned in awhile and he was very happy with the procedures. His hearing was much improved after the cleaning and it was a smooth and very worthwhile home visit. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs or wants a house call.

We've been in treatment with the doctor for 6 months. My daughter has improved; the infections haven't returned. All the staff are friendly. We love coming back to this place.

Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible experience for my father. I truly feel he was taken advantage of because of his age and the fact that he is hard of hearing. The staff at the front desk were shockingly rude and showed no empathy or respect. It’s deeply disappointing to see such unkind treatment, especially toward an elderly person who deserved patience and understanding.
