The Orchard is an excellent place with the kindest people! Whenever my grandparents need help, someone always comes right away, and they feel so comfortable staying here. I have been a patient at The Orchard for five years and I would highly recommend this facility. The nursing staff is very attentive and caring. The therapists are very good at helping people rehabilitate. They always have activities going on to keep us entertained and on special occasions they hold candlelight dinners with entertainment. The facility is clean and the grounds are beautiful. I have been well cared for and am grateful to my nurses for the care they provide.

As are parents age it's not easy. Finding places difficult. Do your best talk to those in charge ask question. My dad lived alone is entire life up tell his medical issues we needed a place to help my dad through. The Orchard has been where my dad is . No not everything is perfect you won't find perfect in any of the places but many here have helped my dad in different ways. We pray for you and your family that's the master key is to pray prayer saves lives. I do thank God for the places who take the time to listen and care for are family in difficult times. Veronica works front desk she a gem. Sylvia is in charge of cna her heart is to listen and help. Many of the cna are very loving and caring. Matthew the director and he truly cares great listener for the needs we have and are having. This is a continuous journey in are family life. I PRAY AS YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS! We truly love are dad.

My mom has been living here for the past 8 months while recovering from her injury, I truly cannot say ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about the experience. From the very beginning, the staff made her feel comfortable, supported, and cared for her during what was a very difficult time in her life. However, the nurses, therapists, and caregivers worked together and focused on rebuilding her strength, mobility, and confidence. Communication was also excellent throughout her stay. The staff kept our family informed and answered any questions we had, giving us peace of mind. The facility itself was clean, welcoming, and well-managed, which made a big difference in her overall comfort. They were patient, attentive, and always treated her with kindness and respect. It never felt like "just a job" to them — they genuinely cared about her progress and well-being. We are so grateful for The Orchard who played a big role in her healing journey. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of compassionate, high-quality rehabilitative care.

After my dad's stroke, we had to find a place for him to rehab. We are so glad to have found The Orchard. The entire staff is caring and friendly. The therapists (Scott, André, Jennifer, Stacey, Jay, Phil, Frank and Stephanie) have helped my dad make amazing progress. The CNAs (especially Omar, Gloria, Vanessa, Raymond and Rayna) have gone above and beyond in taking care of my dad's personal needs. The activities coordinator (Gracie) is exceptional with all of the residents. The nurses (Romeo, Sim, Cherry and Alexis) have been very responsive to my dad's medical needs. The cleaning snd gardening staff does an excellent job. Unlike other nursing homes, The Orchard smells clean and the grounds are well-tended. From the moment we arrive, we are pleasantly greeted by all staff. My dad's caseworker, Maricela, has always made time for us, answered all of our questions, and has worked hard to get my dad whatever he needs. Overall, we have been so pleased with my dad's care at The Orchard. Putting a loved-one into a nursing home is a difficult choice, but Orchard relieves some of that stress by ensuring all residents are well taken care of. (Lastly, the CNA, Omar, needs a raise! He is truly exceptional at his job!)

My great grandmother has been living in this facility for the past 6months and it has been amazing! From the lvns to the cna’s doing amazing work. We truly can’t complain or compare to other facilities. As soon as you walk into the building it smells CLEAN the entire facility is always CLEAN & NEAT! My 91-year-old father has been staying at Orchard Post Acute Care for the past two weeks, and overall our experience has been positive so far. The staff have been consistently kind and patient, which has made a big difference in helping him feel comfortable during what is a stressful time for both him and our family. The nurses and aides check on him regularly, respond when he needs assistance, and treat him with respect and dignity. Communication has generally been clear, and I appreciate that the care team has taken time to update us on his progress and answer our questions. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and my father’s room has been kept tidy. The physical and occupational therapy team is wonderful with my father. His sessions have been scheduled regularly, and it’s reassuring to see him encouraged to stay active and regain strength. We are grateful for the care my father has received during his stay. Seeing him treated with compassion and professionalism has given our family peace of mind during a difficult period. We are so happy to have chosen this wonderful facility for our father.
