During such a difficult and emotional time, it brings so much peace knowing that someone has your back and is doing everything they can to make things a little easier. Mario and the entire staff were wonderful to our family. They showed us compassion, offered their condolences, and were very attentive throughout the entire process. They truly helped make such a painful transition feel smoother and less overwhelming. We are extremely thankful for all of their help and for the services they provided. Losing someone you love is never easy, but having caring and supportive people guiding you through the process makes a huge difference. I would definitely recommend their funeral services to other families going through a loss. The only things I would suggest improving are the way families are notified when their service time is coming to an end, and making sure the microphones and screens are checked beforehand so everything is working properly. However, these were very minor issues compared to the overall experience. The care, compassion, and service we received were truly great and meant so much more to us during this difficult time. We are incredibly grateful to Mario and the entire staff for their kindness, patience, and support during one of the hardest times for our family. Thank you for helping make everything a little easier for us.

We recently used Deco Familia Rosecrans Funeral Home for my Mother-in-law's services. From step one to the end, everyone that assisted us was very professional and very courteous. They explained everything and helped things go so smoothly. This was our first time having to deal with a death in the family and Deco Familia made it as easy and stress free as possible. The viewing was beautiful, the way all the flowers and photos we took were arranged were beautiful. Even from the church to the cemetery was so smooth. The driver from Deco Familia helped us so much at the cemetery, he let us know what's next, when the priest would get there and what the next steps were. Deco Familia made an already difficult time as stress free and beautiful as it can be. We are very happy with the professionalism we received throughout the whole process. Thank you Deco Familia.

this is by far the most amazing & beautiful funeral home. we lost my father in law & carlos, eliana & jesus made the entire process so smooth & easy to handle everything. rosa and francisco made the service run smoothly & helped coordinate everything. we can’t thank everyone enough for what they’ve done.

It was a great experience having our grandmothers services here. Elliana helped us tremendously in getting everything ready for the services. She went above and beyond to guide us on making sure we had everything we wanted to honor my grandma other. On the day of the service, Rosa and Francisco, helped so much and made sure everything ran smoothly. I came to them for help on passing out our pamphlets and rosaries to our guest. They greeted our family so tenderly and loving. Thank you again for a beautiful service and for all the amazing help throughout this difficult time.

Mario, Carlos, Elena From the bottom of my heart thank yall! I got in reached with them from where i currently reside TEXAS i travel for a living so with unfortunate events that happen unexpectedly all i can say they took care of me 100% they answered any questions due to me having to transport my love one to end to end they took care of it all as a team! Carlos was our main contact i cant thank him enough! Thru it all i felt accomplished from doing it all with their support as we are in different states. But if i didnt have their help and constant calls and emails with carlos i would have been lost

I attended the monthly memorial service they hold for all the families they have serviced. It was very beautiful and there was lots of attention to detail. I have not heard of many funeral homes doing events like this and I thought it was a nice touch to add to the wonderful services they already provided. A huge thank you to Francisco for his touching words and effort into making the event as lovely and as personal as it was.
