I have always used a cleaning service. I usually go with Molly maids and have always had a great experience! Today I chose to try a new service and that was TIDY. BIG mistake! This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a cleaning service. Julia was 20 minutes late and left 30 minutes early from the time frame when she was supposed to stay. That means out of the 2.5 hours I paid for she was only there for around an hour and half. I live in a small house that was built in the 29s. Each room is small and one of the bathrooms is very small and all she did in that allotted time was two bathrooms and the kitchen that is also small. I will never use this service again and I don’t suggest at all! I inquired about getting at least a discount on the service as it was not even cleaned well for the few things she said she cleaned and they refused to reimburse anything. You can see in the pics how small the rooms are and in the time frame she didn’t even clean good.

Book your cleaning. Affordable and reliable cleaners will give your home it’s the best shine.

This company should be charged a corporate littering fine for the amount of flyers they spammed every single home and apartment in our neighborhood with. I will never consider your services in the future.

Unreliable. Unprofessional. They canceled 2 minutes after they were already supposed to have started. Customer service states they will find another cleaner however, that did not occur either. I do not recommend, if you actually want someone to show. Thankfully I didn’t pay ahead of time like they want you to do.
