We scheduled our car seat and stroller consultation at destination baby this past weekend and as first time parents they did not disappoint! They helped us find the most perfect strollers and car seat! We picked the Nuna Demi Icon for a full size stroller, the Nuna Pipa for the car seat, and bonus points for the best travel car seat, the Nuna Travel LX. We purchased our crib, dresser and hutch from destination baby also and when we asked about scheduling an appointment they immediately suggested certain brands that could work for my husband and I as tall parents. I would recommend this store 10Xs over! They had all the brands you would want to try, bean bag kids to put in the car seats with weights that aligned to age. It was a fun one on one experience I highly recommend! We plan to go back for the recliner as I could not imagine shopping anywhere else at this point. They are so knowledgeable and helpful with all the baby products you could ever need 10/10!

We had such an amazing experience with Destination Baby & Kids, especially thanks to Bryan and Gina! We drove all the way from San Francisco to see the new Silver Cross Nia in person, and it was 100% worth it. Their selection of strollers and car seats is incredible, but what truly stood out was the level of service and expertise. Gina walked us through a full demo and was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. She gave thoughtful, experience-based recommendations that really helped us feel confident in choosing the right option for our needs. When we were ready to purchase, the stroller we wanted was backordered—but Bryan went above and beyond to make sure we would receive it on time and not have to stress about it arriving too close to our due date. He is truly amazing. He responded to emails within minutes, was always helpful, and even sent us photos comparing different stroller and car seat shades so we could make the best decision. This level of care, responsiveness, and attention to detail is rare. We are so grateful and would highly recommend Destination Baby & Kids to anyone looking for expert guidance and outstanding service!

Destination Baby was phenomenal to work with and incredibly informative every step of the way. As first-time parents, picking out the right products felt overwhelming, but they took all the stress out of it and made the whole process easy. They really listened to our individual needs and were flexible with payment and pickup, which meant a lot to us. We couldn’t recommend them more highly to any expecting family. I have been going crazy figuring out what stroller and car seat to use and I am happy to say that the search is over! Thanks to Gina for being so knowledgeable and provided great insight on each stroller and car seat brand, understanding what is important to us. And nothing beats being able to actually try the strollers and car seats. They have all major brands available! Cant recommend Destination Baby and Kids enough!

Let me start by saying my husband and I do a TON of research before we buy anything. We discovered Gina's store through her YouTube channel as we were researching baby gear (car seat, stroller, playard, etc.). For me, this is an overwhelming process as they are expensive items, there is so much selection, and you want to pick the safest/best thing for your child. We were so impressed with Gina's knowledge and detailed videos for a huge inventory of gear options. Her store in Dublin, CA is well stocked and is an awesome place to buy gear and gifts as she has a wonderful selection of clothing, furniture, books, diaper bags, and much more. We made an appointment with Gina to review the various options for strollers and car seats as we wanted to make sure we were picking the safest and best option for the price. Other reviews mention you can go look at certain items for free at Nordstrom (we did this as well), but you are not going to get nearly the level of detail that Gina can provide you and the fee for the consultation goes towards your purchase. Other big-box stores don't have the inventory selection that Gina has, nor the expertise. We researched pricing in-depth and her pricing was the same or cheaper than many big-box retailers. Plus, it's a wonderful thing to support a local business owner! I am compelled to write a review because recently we stopped by to make sure the infant car seat was fitting our baby properly (Gina is certified) and she kindly checked for us, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and watch Gina's YouTube videos, book a consultation as it's well worth the cost, and purchase your items from her - she's incredibly knowledgeable and a true product expert. We will be buying our future baby gear needs through Gina and I highly recommend doing the same!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Destination Baby & Kids. After receiving my stroller, I mistakenly assumed I had been sent an open-box item due to the factory tape at the top of the box being cut and resealed. I immediately reached out with my concerns, and Bryan responded personally after hours with a detailed explanation that completely cleared up the misunderstanding. Bryan explained that they carefully opened the shipping box only to place the car seat adapters I ordered so that everything arrived together in one package. His reassurance that the stroller was brand new, and time he took to explain the process he did in handling my order put my mind at ease. His prompt response actually saved me from driving about 80miles round trip over the weekend for an exchange. That level of customer service is hard to find these days, and it speaks volumes about how much Bryan and Gina care about their customers. I’d also like to thank Gina for all of the incredibly informative stroller reviews on their @destinationbabykids YouTube channel. Her honest, detailed comparisons played a huge role in helping me choose our stroller after all the indecisiveness I had in the stroller I thought would be best for my family lol. It’s refreshing to see a retailer invest so much time into educating parents rather than simply trying to make a sale. Expecting parents! -* please read* ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ My wife and I were finally able to find a Nuna in person, we were SO excited to see them. Unfortunately, we were met with a Sales woman who quite frankly killed that excitement. I understand that they have their process in store, but to treat us kind of like we are a nuisance was beyond unacceptable. I feel like we were pre judged… they lost a customer who was ready to buy due to what felt like profiling. I was checking out one of the strollers in an area that didn’t have any signs or posters warning not to interact with them, as I went to check a feature, I was told in a foul way, not to touch it… I told the lady that I was ready to buy today and just have a few simple questions. She reiterated that if we want to try out those strollers we would have to set an appointment…. ignoring me entirely and not answering the few questions that would have led to a sell. Devastated ( previously excited) my wife insisted that we leave and we are better off buying it online, I agreed and so we left. WOULD HAVE BEEN a Good place to look at the Nuna , not sure if the problem was the service or the processes that are set in place. 07/07/26 Follow up to their response, they shifted the focus to us and how we weren’t supposed to be in the area… again without signs.. no customers were in the area. It sounds like it was the stores processes because I was ready to buy that day and I had a few simple questions and instead I was talked down to and was told how nunas are like Toyotas with a lot of different models and how she can’t answer my questions. Well we bought an uppababy car seat and stroller, half the price, near identical quality, and no profiling being done online.
