Sooooo many strollers to choose from!!! High end to mid brands; not the cheap stuff. Mostly strollers and some misc baby things. I recommend meter street parking on Serrano. Shaded and cheap. Enter via the courtyard.

We went to the store with hope that we’d be talking to a salesperson who would have more knowledge about baby gears but they didn’t care whether we came or not. I really think there’s no actual benefit of going to offline stores like these when you can get things delivered to your door the next day. I would only go to the offline store if there’s someone helping you to learn something OR if there was a good deal. Neither was met!

Twin mom here! 👶👶 Got the UPPAbaby Vista with two Nuna PIPA seats and I am OBSESSED. Works perfectly as a travel system — honestly didn't know this was even possible until I came in. So glad I chose the PIPA over the Mesa. Kidsland made the whole process so easy. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a great experience with both Kidsland customer service and their products. I've purchased multiple items from them in-store: toys (like the Sophie Giraffe and a Mon Ami stuffy), a Tiny Love walker, a Nuna car seat, and a WonderFold wagon. I like to window shop on their website and then come to the store with questions. No matter if I am purchasing something high-end (like the car seat or wagon) or just a toy during a quick visit, everyone is always super nice and helpful. They respect my space if I am just in the neighborhood browsing and provide more help if requested, like if I am comparing car seat features. One cool aspect of buying here is that an associate will bring and load the item into your car after you check out. Just a nice personal touch that makes you feel appreciated. A helpful hint is to come with specific questions. If you've done some research on the products and know what to ask, you'll get a lot more out of the staff's expertise. And you should - they've been around a long time and you should definitely leverage their knowledge and experience when making a big purchase.

Very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. I asked for several items I was looking for, but they didn’t have almost any of them in stock. In the end, I just settled for something else because I was already there. To make matters worse, the employee who handed me my purchase also looked like they didn’t want to be at work. Good customer service goes a long way, but unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was visiting LA and needed to find a baby shower gift — stumbled upon Kidsland and I'm so glad I did. The selection is incredible. So many beautiful, high-quality brands all in one place. Walked out with the perfect gift and wish we had a store like this back home!

Great experience at Kidsland! Explored a lot of inventory and even checked out the new Wildride collection. Recently bought a nuna car seat and stroller for my nephew and niece after properly testing them in-store. Loved the quality, variety, and helpful staff. Highly recommended for premium baby products.
