Canyon Bicycles USA

Came into the showroom a few weeks ago. The showroom is absolutely amazing, it feels like being in a Canyon museum. The moment I walked in Andy came over to answer all the questions about the bike I wanted to buy, got me on a test ride quick and easy and made the entire purchase process as painless as possible. I’m in love with my bike and would definitely recommend the bikes and the showroom to anyone looking for a quality experience.

I had the pleasure of visiting Canyon USA in their Carlsbad CA showroom. Christian helped me and he was awesome to speak with about Canyon bikes and service. The bikes are displayed in a big, clean, modern showroom. The finish quality of the bikes is beyond top tier. Another new Canyon bike is in my future. If you get a chance to visit their Carlsbad facilities, I think you will find it worth your time.

Rediscovered my love for riding last summer and then in fall I bought an endurace. I built it myself. Had some gearing issues early on but canyon covered cost at my LBS. 1300 miles later, I can’t get enough.

Huge shoutout to the team at the Canyon store! I own a Canyon road bike and a TT bike, and recently brought the TT bike in for some fixes. Gavin, the store manager, is an absolute pleasure to work with -super responsive and very helpful answering bike-specific questions. Nick is an absolute rockstar. He helped fix the bike and was always very responsive via email to discuss the logistics. There are always great vibes at this store. Canyon is a great brand, and these guys make the ownership experience even better - THANK YOU!

I recently purchased a new Canyon Aeroroad custom bike at the Carlsbad store. I had previously purchased two mountain bikes for my 12 year old twins online. Since I was leveling up my purchase, I decided to walk in the store to check it out. I worked with Gavin and the rest of the Canyon team; the experience was amazing! I've been riding for 30 years and worked in a variety of shops, I'm a knowledgable customer. The experience at Canyon was perfection, they were super helpful without the attitude or any judgement. The bike was absolutely beautiful, the build was spot on and the performance is amazing. They took the time to walk me through the bike and all the cool features. I felt like a valued customer and member of the Canyon family. I'm excited to join the local group ride and meet new people that share my enthusiasm for the sport. Great job Canyon and the Carlsbad team. I'll be back for another bike soon ;-).
