I had a great experience at Custom Cut Butcher! I stopped in to order USDA Prime Harris Ranch short ribs for a party, and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions. They took the time to show me the different cutting options and custom-cut the ribs exactly the way I wanted them. The quality and marbling of the meat were outstanding. A special thank you to Alfonso, who even carried my order out to my car. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. My boyfriend had the short ribs from Custom Cut Butcher for lunch today and couldn’t stop talking about how delicious they were, which made me even more excited about my purchase. I’ll definitely be back!

Custom Cut Butcher is our new go-to spot for meat! Great customer service—Alfonso was incredibly helpful, detail-oriented, and kind. Two thumbs up for Alfonso! Excited to try the Wagyu from New Zealand and the grass-fed ribeye steaks. They also carry a variety of seasonings. Definitely a must-visit if you’re looking for high-quality cuts. Oh—and we picked up a whole chicken, and Alfonso cut it for us. Awesome service!

No need to look any further, absolute best butcher around. Amazing quality meat and seafood and the service is top notch. Scallops were great. The bone in ribeye is our go to. We also love all of the employees here and just the experience of stopping in and picking out dinner is always a treat.

From your regular old flank to real Japanese imported A5 Wagyu, they have it all. And from prime aged to Halal, they have amazing prices and amazing selections of all kinds of food from the sea to the land . I love coming here for their A5 Wagyu steak selection and premium ribeye cuts., These are the best steaks I’ve ever had and are on par with the quality of meat from the world‘s number one steakhouse that I’ve personally been to, Don Julio Parilla in Argentina.
