I love David's Bridal! They have so many amazing dresses and budget friendly! I had the best experience at the Fresno location with stylist Julie! She made me feel comfortable every step of the way. David's bridal will always have a special place in my heart ❤️

Highly satisfied with our experience at DB. I made an appointment and we had plenty of help from Natalie and the rest of the staff picking out the right bridesmaid dresses. We got a great deal as well. DB has been my go to and will always be my go to, exceptional customer service and deals.

I want to take the time to thank Natalie for being the lovely lady assigned to helping me. I was skeptical and didn't think I'd find my dress but then it happened and I felt gorgeous! Natalie was just fun and sweet to be around she was nice enough to help me with my veil fabric I brought so it could help me see the vision. She laughed with me and my people. And when I started feeling down because of a family member that wasn't there being mean about my dress. Her and other staff were so kind and encouraging to me and I'll never forget that! Someone please tell her I appreciate her!

I was having a very rough week...I came in for a simple tailor to a dress and was not in the mood. Dianna was so amazing, she saw me and noticed and she came to see what help I needed. She really knows how to read the room! She was down to Earth and made me feel comfortable. Theres another woman that greeted me at the door and was so uplifting when I picked up my finished dress. I wish I got her name. It's the amazing service that makes the experience better.

Staff were speaking horrible about other brides who were indecisive about picking a dress. They were speaking freely within earshot of other customers in the store. The seamstress assigned to make adjustments to my dress was not supportive, sympathetic to the errors THEY MADE ON MY DRESS. She offered no suggestions on how to fix it, instead she said I don’t know how you want me to fix it. Just was insensitive about the whole thing. In the end after some push from my mom we were given another appointment to meet with a supervisor. But her overall attitude was oh what do you want me to do are you taking the dress home. Just left feeling unsupported or heard and with no dress. *** UPDATED*** I went back for my appointment and met with the supervisor and had another fitting and explained my issues with the dress. She spent a lengthy time examining the dress on me and explaining what she was going to do as well as agreed with me about adjustments that need to be made. She gave me a return time to try it on again and to make sure I am happy with my dress. She did an amazing job, my dress is perfect and she packaged it up for us. I left with happy tears and so thankful for the customer service provided today, I felt the same day when I said yes to my dress. Thank you again David’s Bridal for making everything better!!
