Well not so bad, but not quite price I want, in spite of the tariffs. I’ll just wait a while for the AI boom to stop buying up all HDD & SSD storage and memory. Big TVs seemed to be good value now. I’m glad they’re not a hundred plus pounds of glass and copper any more - the screens are big and bright and they’re pretty smart !🤩

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Elana at Geek Squad was amazing to work with. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. Highly recommend working with her if you get the chance!

Shoutout to Juana for making our visit so easy and honestly really enjoyable! She helped us with a return/exchange with no problem and was so kind and easy to talk to. We ended up chatting about games and espresso machines lol, she just had the best vibe.

My go to place to buy tech when I do not want to wait for amazon prime to deliver my items 3 days later after my purchase. If I could give more than 5 stars I would but only because of the employee who works there that goes by the name of Felix. He is a total bro, he always catches me up with the latest in technology and even helped me push my car all the way to my house the one night my car broke down in the best buy parking lot! 10/10 would def shop here again to see my homie Felix kicking butt on the floor.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – I had an outstanding experience at the Best Buy in Salinas! I was driving through the Monterey area when I started having an issue with my iPhone’s camera. Since I was traveling, I was honestly a little stressed and worried it was going to turn into a long, complicated repair. The last thing you want to deal with on a trip is a phone issue when you’re trying to capture memories and take great photos. One of the things I appreciated most was how conveniently this Best Buy is located—it’s right off the freeway, making it an easy stop, and it’s surrounded by plenty of great places to eat and shop if you need to make the most of your visit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Arturo Chavez, who immediately made me feel welcome. He has a great personality, was genuinely friendly, and quickly guided me to the right department. First impressions matter, and Arturo’s positive attitude set the tone for a great customer experience. I was then assisted by Felix Gutierrez Jr., who was exceptional. He carefully analyzed my iPhone, quickly identified the problem, and had everything working again in about 15 minutes. I was expecting a much longer process, so I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently and professionally he handled everything. Felix was knowledgeable, patient, and explained the issue clearly, turning what started as a stressful situation into a quick and easy fix. While I was there, I also picked up a few iPhone accessories, making it a convenient one-stop visit. Best Buy is fortunate to have employees like Felix Gutierrez Jr. and Arturo Chavez. Both represent outstanding customer service and are true assets to the company. I hope management recognizes them for the positive impact they have on customers. Thank you for making my stop in Salinas such an easy and pleasant experience. I’ll definitely return whenever I’m passing through the area.
