Walmart Supercenter

This Walmart is my primary grocery store. I never experience negativity in any form, at any time, from anyone. I want to highlight one employee who was kind to an elderly shopper without pretense. Nick Townsend is a helpful and polite employee of this Walmart. I hope he is recognized by management in some form. You have a genuinely nice person in your employ. Thank you, Nick.

Great deals on just about everything! Purchased new curtains and rods this last time. Shower tower and shower curtain last. Details for our new place makes it feel like home.

The parking is typically my biggest concern the Stalls in front of the store I always taken by the employees and you need to have a key to access different things in cosmetics and medications unfortunately due to theft.. some employees can be rude others seem to really want to help I also wish the carry more organic products and cut back on sugary Foods in the bakery section or at least get products that have Solitaire or Stevia or monk fruit. That's why sometimes I choose to go to places like Whole Foods Sprouts or Trader Joe's.

I like this Walmart. I think it’s cleaner and more organized than other ones. The Customer Service desk actually has employees that know what customer service means!! And I never have any issues checking out at the self checkout or the employee assisted ones.

Associate Soyle at the front checkout was extremely rude and told me to go another Walmart during our interaction. She needs to be reprimanded and sent to another position where she doesn't have to interact with the public because she absolutely horrible at customer service. Stop spoiling your employees for standing there doing nothing AND still have a foul attitude.

It's happened twice now !!! I ordered my stuff online in June and in June my order was 54.16 they had a emergency or fire drill that day and caused my stuff to be delayed by a day and the stuff I ordered was a emergency for my dogs!! I then got my order but only half and never got my 28.02 back from the hold ... then today I ordered online from this walmart yesterday it said I couldn't get my order till the next day between 9am and 1pm I then get a text this morning saying they pushed my purchase back another day .. I called the store 8 times no answer just AI and I hate talking to clueless computers!!! I finally got ahold of someone and they fixed my order and we are using the other walmart off of shaw ... this is twice my orders were canceled and reordered .. I got the membership so I could have my stuff delivered so whats the point if walmart jerks u around!!!
