We had a great experience working with Sophie and her team for my baby shower! We met in advance to discuss the vision and she got it right away with beautiful whimsical florals that matched our theme. She was easy to communicate with, gracious, professional, and thorough. We gasped as we entered the baby shower seeing all the florals beautifully displayed and beyond what we envisioned! She created a gorgeous tree in the entrance where baby clothes hung and our family and friends constantly were asking who our florist was. Will absolutely work with Sophie and her team going forward for many happy occasions to come!

I ordered flowers last minute for my girlfriend for a just-because occasion, and this shop truly delivered — the staff helped me pick out a beautiful arrangement, and despite the short notice, everything turned out gorgeous. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all came together. Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing quality flowers, even on short notice!

Really liked this place. They have a great selection of ready-made bouquets, so you can just walk in and quickly find something nice. The service was friendly and everything felt easy. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful flower shop! I wanted a gathered bouquet, saw a large one displayed, and asked Olga to create something smaller that worked with my budget. She created something so lovely on the spot. Will be coming here again for future flower needs! 💐Thank you again Olga!

Unfortunately, my experience with this Beverly Hills florist was extremely disappointing. The bouquet arrived in the evening and already did not look particularly fresh. By the second day, it had noticeably wilted, especially the hydrangeas, which began deteriorating almost immediately. What was especially disappointing is that I never even got the chance to take a beautiful photo with the bouquet. When someone sends a luxury bouquet, part of the joy is being able to enjoy it and capture that moment. Unfortunately, by the next day the bouquet had already lost much of its beauty. When I contacted the shop, their solution was to send a florist to replace the wilted hydrangea stems. But honestly, when a man sends a woman an expensive bouquet, the expectation is that the flowers arrive fresh and remain beautiful for more than a day — not that she has to arrange for someone to come and replace dying flowers. To make matters worse, the store implied that the issue was somehow my fault because I was "not watering the flowers properly." Considering that the bouquet began wilting less than 24 hours after delivery, I found that response both disappointing and unprofessional. In the end, I took the bouquet apart and placed the flowers in separate vases, hoping they would last longer. Unfortunately, even then, the flowers continued to deteriorate very quickly. For the price charged, I expected significantly better quality, freshness, and customer service. Think twice before ordering from this florist.
