We purchase over $300 dollars worth of items, we noticed when we got home that the cashier had failed to remove the security tag. My daughter called and a very nice lady told her to bring it back and they would remove it. When we got there today 7/9 we got called up to the register and I greeted the cashier since she did not even greet us and I got no response from her. My daughter then explained the situation the girl asked for receipt, my daughter provided it for her she checked it and she removed the tag and handed the Pijamas over to her no apology no customer service etiquette Nothing...My daughter then said mom I'd like to get a credit card from here and I go yea ask if they have bathing suits, before she even turned around Izzy in a very monotone irritated voice says we have no bathing suits here. We started to leave and I turned around and asked her name and she said Izzy. I've been to the store multiple times and have never had bad customer service but this person clearly lacks customers service etiquette and personality to work at a store like. It is sad that this is the type of people they are hiring specially for a cashier position where you interact with customers all day long.

I went in to make a return for an online order. The associate at checkout was extremely rude and disrespectful, refusing to help me when it was my turn because I was standing on the wrong side for check out although I was there before anyone else. The manager finished my return quickly but never asked me what happened although she said she would address the altercation with the associate. Good luck future shoppers WAY too much drama for me to ever shop here again

I went in this weekend to try on and get fitted for a new bra. I went in through the PINK section and a super sweet girl told me about the sales going on and offered to measure me. I accepted her offer and took the card she gave me with my measurements to the dressing room. First red flag, the older woman running the dressing room that day was on her phone ignoring me for a while before acknowledging me and getting me to a room. She kept on staring at my chest and at the card with my measurements on there and said "there’s NO way you’re that size" and proceeded to give me bras that were smaller than what I was measured at out on the floor. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried them on anyways even knowing that the cup size is way smaller than what I normally wear, and of course, the bras ended up being way too small. I ended up not buying anything besides a tank top and bralette, since the interaction made me so uncomfortable I didn’t feel like trying on bras after that. I feel like it’s incredibly inappropriate to guess someone’s chest size like that and I really hope someone talks to her about how to properly speak to guest because that was not it.

Such rude staff members and they’re always out of size small and everything when it comes to shirts pants Pants and even panties they’re never well stocks unless employees are taking these things for themselves and having them in the back

Is being a snob part of the job application for this VS location? When I went into this store no one greeted me even though there was a worker standing right next to the door folding stuff she just looked at me like she was smelling her upper lip and looked away. Then when I asked a worker where the dressing rooms were she pointed knowing that the dressing rooms were locked. Like hello you could’ve came with me to unlock a room for me or radio it in for someone who has a key to unlock a room for me? I had to wave down a worker to unlock a room for me then got again an ugly snobbish look from her. Like damn does anyone smile or do they all stink and that’s why they make that stank face? Not welcoming here at all or helpful either. You’re better off going to the fashion fair location or the one at el paseo on Herndon.
